Research On Educational Development Of Wuqi County After The Founding Of PRC(1949-1978)

Wuqi County is in Yan'an,Shaanxi Province.It is a major cultural and educational county in northern Shaanxi.Since 2005,it has implemented five exemptions and one subsidy;In 2007,it also took the lead in implementing the 12-year free education and established the rescue mechanism for students from poor family;from 2010,pre-school education and farmer skills education are free in Wuqi.Education of Wu Qi has achieved a remarkable achievement.There are more than 1,000 students will be sent to universities and colleges each year.Therefore,it is necessary to do a systematic study of Wu Qi's education and sort out the development process of Wu Qi's education.First of all,this paper analyzes the historical conditions,geographical environment,educational administrative institutions and educational institutions in the development of Wuqi County,and constructs a theoretical framework for the study of the development of the education in Wuqi County after the founding of the PRC.Secondly,under the framework of the theory,the development of Wuqi education after the founding of PRC(1949-1978)is analyzed from three aspects of basic education,vocational education and educational evaluation respectively.It can be seen that the development of Wuqi education after the founding of China has experienced different three stages under the influence of policy,social economy and political movement.Corresponding to the different historical stages,the relevant departments of the people's Government of Wuqi County have formulated appropriate policies and adopted different teaching methods to adapt to the environment at that time.Finally,through the research and analysis on the development of Wuqi education after the founding of PRC,it finally makes a comprehensive and objective evaluation on the development of Wuqi education.Through the systematic research and analysis of this article,it is helpful not only to make a comprehensive and special research on the development of local education after the founding of the people's Republic of China,but also to make Wuqi's education develop better and faster on the basis of learning from the past historical experience and lessons.A comprehensive understanding of the development of education in Wuqi will provide many experiences and inspirations for the education of contemporary China,especially for the education of northern Shaanxi,so that education can make greater contributions to the promotion of local economic and social development.
