National spirit is the root of a nation,and national culture is the soul of a nation.For China with a long history and cultural background,national culture is undoubtedly a bright pearl to be excavated deeply,which is a deep source of resources that has become a direction for Chinese national designers to explore,and as the most open and prosperous time in Chinese history,the culture of the Sui and Tang Dynasties There is no doubt that it is very representative.Among them,how to reproduce the unique cultural elements in the Sui and Tang Dynasties with modern and innovative art forms in the contemporary design art works is the realistic problem that the author will explore in this article.Through extensive investigations and visits,this paper seeks to find out the existing problems in the field of contemporary packaging design,carefully ponder over the related concepts and knowledge points of packaging design,deeply explore the mainstream trend of future packaging design and development,and deeply study the most representative elements of "Sui and Tang cultures" in Chinese history,with the Sui and Tang Dynasties.Cultural elements as a breakthrough(including historical and cultural elements and visual symbols),on the one hand,systematically summarize the cultural and visual elements that can be used for reference by contemporary packaging designers in the Sui and Tang Dynasties.On the other hand,the problems are found in the comparison and analysis of the package design code and the counter examples.The innovative application and practice of traditional culture elements in the field of packaging design are studied,and new and systematic theoretical results are put forward.Finally,take the essence to its dregs,and make a group of self-made brand commoditypackaging and redesign in the spare time of its own viewpoint,carry out a valuable practice discussion on the traditional cultural elements in the packaging design and artistic techniques,deeply understand the wisdom of the ancients,in order to solve the complicated problems existing in the current packaging design field.The final point of this study is the domestic packaging design industry in contemporary China under the trend of national rejuvenation.It aims at putting forward the corresponding theoretical concepts and practical methods for the practice of traditional nationalization,the development trend of packaging design,and contributing to the visual communication design industry under the view of traditional culture.The research results under independent thinking hope to provide some effective theoretical supports for the Chinese visual communication designers to carry out the practice and Research on the traditional culture of contemporary packaging design in the future,and to explore and apply the unique historical and cultural conditions for the Chinese excellent designers.Through the efforts of the generations of Chinese national designers,they make great contributions to the development of modern packaging design with unique Chinese characteristics,so as to make the Chinese local visual designs greatly brilliant in the world of designing art.
