| Depression is a common emotional and emotional disorder,which has become an important factor threatening the mental health of college students.Related studies show that the prevalence of depression in Chinese college students is high and the incidence is increasing year by year.At the same time,depression also has a great impact on subjective well-being and quality of life of college students.When discussing the factors affecting depression,domestic and foreign experts and scholars first pay attention to personality characteristics,reveal the influence of different personality types on depression,and give guidance to the adjustment of depression mood in people’s life according to the results of the research.With the development of positive psychology in recent years,tough personality The concept of appearing more frequently in academic research,to explore the influence of College Students’ personality tough depression have a positive effect on Improving College Students’ depression.In addition,depression and cognitive style are closely related,the research thinking style originated from cognitive style,cognitive style and absorption summarizes the contents and forms a more complete theory both emphasize the personality characteristics,thinking style and emphasis on cognitive characteristics,thinking style and depression of college students has become a new direction in the research of cognitive style.Therefore,in-depth study of hardiness,the relationship between thinking style and depression of college students is very necessary.In this study,600 college students were tested by CES-D,Tenacity personality scale.,TSIs Correlation analysis,variance analysis,multivariate regression analysis,multilevel regression analysis and so on were used.This paper analyzes the characteristics of college students’ depression and the relationship between their tough personality,thinking style and depression,and draws the following conclusions:(1)there was significant difference in the grade of depression among college students,and the third grade was significantly higher than the first grade and the second grade.(2)the grade difference of the students’ tenacity personality is significant,and the third grade is lower than the other grades.(3)There are significant gender differences among the radical,autocratic,partial and trial types of college students’ thinking styles,while there are significant differences in the grades of law enforcement,trial,equal competition,anarchism,among them,The second grade is higher than the third grade,the fourth grade is higher than the thirdgrade,the fourth grade is equal competition,the anarchism type is higher than the other grades.(4)there was a significant negative correlation between tenacity and depression of college students.(5)introverted thinking style was positively correlated with depression of college students.(6)Local thinking style is negatively correlated with toughness dimension,while extroverted thinking style is positively correlated.There is a significant negative correlation between global and local thinking style and control dimension.(7)the total score of tough personality,the dimension of tough personality challenge and introverted thinking style have significant predictive effect on college students’ depression.(8)The effects of global,introverted and radical thinking styles on toughening personality and depression of college students were significant. |
