The National Outline for Cultural Development Reform during the “Thirteenth Five-Year Plan” puts forward: “We must speed up cultural development and reform,build a culturally strong socialist country;and in terms of overseas cultural dissemination,we must accelerate the pace of cultural outreach and substantially increase international communication capabilities.” Chinese has become one of the most popular languages in the world,and globally the number of people learning Chinese culture has grown rapidly.In addition,the “Chinese language fever” has also increased the demand for Chinese teachers around the world.There is a shortage of teachers in different regions.Under such circumstances,Chinese teacher volunteers came into being as a young and dynamic emerging complementary force that played a very good role in promoting the spread of Chinese culture.Although Chinese teacher volunteers can meet the current urgent need for cultural external communication,the Chinese teacher volunteers are mainly university students,and a large part of the students' majors are not Chinese language or pedagogy,so they relatively lack of Chinese ontology knowledge and historical and cultural common knowledge,lack of practical teaching experience,basic teaching methods and cultural communication capabilities.These problems are obviously not conducive to the practice of Chinese teachers volunteers in overseas teaching activities,and would even hinder effectively accomplishment of the task of disseminating excellent Chinese culture.In this regard,this paper specifically analyzes the deficiencies of Chinese teacher volunteers in the process of spreading Chinese culture,and proposes ways and means to solve the deficiencies,in the hope that the volunteers of Chinese as a foreign language teachers will have a reference value in disseminating excellent Chinese culture.This article is divided into four chapters.The first chapter is the introduction part,mainly discussed the research background,research review,research significance and research methods.Although the current Chinese teacher volunteering program is becoming more and more mature,there are few studies on overseas cultural spreading approaches and overseas Chinese teachers volunteers' ability training.The author draws on relevant research of Chinese teachers and puts forward the significance and value of the topic discussion.The second chapter analyzes the status of Chinese teachers' volunteers' dissemination culture.It mainly analyzes in three aspects:first,what teaching methods are adopted in classroom culture teaching and how to display cultural contents;second,cultural activities,forms and effect.The third is the use of multimedia resources to disseminate Chinese culture,innovative ideas and summed up the existing problems.The problems are: 1.Chinese teacher volunteers are young and lack of practical teaching experience;2.lack of Chinese talent skills,the form of cultural activities is repeated and single;3.cultural communication content lacks innovative thinking.The third chapter,according to the analysis of the existing problems in Chapter 2,focuses on the approaches,forms and effects of Chinese teachers' volunteers' dissemination of culture in recent years.It is proposed that,in the new historical context,young Chinese language teachers volunteers should actively explore cultural communication work and optimize cultural transmission.It will focus on exploring how to use network technology in the era of new media to achieve efficient cultural dissemination,increase the ability of young Chinese language teacher volunteers to communicate their culture,and increase the influence of excellent Chinese culture in the world.The fourth chapter focuses on the cultural communication capabilities that young Chinese language teacher volunteers should possess,and puts forward three aspects of the ability of cultural communication: the traditional cultural qualities;the ability of cross-cultural communication;the ability to use new media.And how to cultivate these three ability was also explored.
