Guo Zhuang Hui township is located in Nanyang City,Henan Province,which is the hinterland of Xinye County,Dengzhou City,Zhenpin County.Since the Yuan Dynasty,there has been a continuous movement of Muslims.At present,the population of the Hui nationality is over 40%,and the belief of Islam is the mainstream.In addition,there are some traditional beliefs,such as Buddhism,Taoism and ancestor worship.After a long period of communication and development,Islam,as a kind of foreign religion,has taken a very obvious localization in such a rural society.The localization is come from Arabia's Islamic culture and the local culture of Henan Guo Zhuang,it is the interaction results of this two different cultural in Henan Guo Zhuang Hui Village,which relates to China specific culture,history and social environment,it is a combination of products.In addition,the local culture of Islam is not completely isolated from Yuan historical culture,it is a certain tolerance and adaptability culture.The emergence of the religious forms localization is firstly make the influence of religious culture on the region multidimensional.This kind of multidimensional is not only the influence of the Islamic culture on local localization diversity,but also the practice of the different aspects of local Islamic localization.In this thesis,the localization of Islam is the main research object,the survey site is Hui area of Henan Guo Zhuang,the theory and method of investigating the localization of the Islamism in Guo Zhuang is anthropological and religious,the writing style is ethnographic,this thesis combined with the history of the spread of Islam in Guo Zhuang,analysised of the historical reasons of the localization of Islam in Guo Zhuang.The selection of fieldwork in this thesis is mainly based on the direction of professional research.Besides,some elements of geography and resources are taken into consideration.So a Hui village in the middle part of Henan is the ultimate goal.For the cunduction of this thesis,the author have done a lot of research on the theory of the preparatory work,just as a lot of transcendental prudence and understanding in this thesis,and there is two investigation in two stages.In order to improve the investigation of addendum,practiced the research outline investigation in the first stage and confirmed the theme in the second stage,.Generally speaking,Guo's Islam is a deeply localized religion.In the rural society of Guo Zhuang,Hui and Han have been in harmony for a long time.Islam coexists with other religions,and they have many similarities.The cultural adaptability is prominently at here.Based on this,this thesis holds that the localization of religion is not a disappearance of culture,but a kind of cultural progress,adaptation and change.In terms of religion,Guo Zhuang's social geography environment,Guo Zhuang's strong traditional culture and Guo Zhuang's custom in Henan decided the survive possibility of Islam in Guo Zhuang,so it must follow the path of localization.In the process of localization,Islam has collided,communicated and integrated with the local culture.So it has some characteristics of Guo Zhuang's native culture.The integration of Islam's religious belief,local beliefs and Inherent beliefs takes place in the localization of religious language,localization of worship ceremony,localization of religious products,localization of religious organizations and localization of religious etiquette.In terms of social customs,Islam has revolutionized the minds of the local people and constantly changed the local social customs.Accepting Islam means to recognize a new core of life.Then,around the core,Guo Zhuang gradually adjusts itself to adapt the localization of social customs in all aspects.At the same time,Guo Zhuang's localization of social customs is relatively slow and mild,especially on the basis of the flexibility in Guo Zhuang's Islam,so that many Zhuang's religious localization in the daily life.The second chapter mainly introduces the manifestation of localization in religious belief.The third chapter mainly introduces the performance of localization in social customs.The fourth chapter mainly introduces the social motivation of localization in Guo Zhuang,it include the residence pattern,traditional custom,social development and the national policy.The attached part is the summary of this thesis,it response to the research topic,namely what is the reason for this localization of Islam occurring in Guo Zhuang,and what is the influence on the region,its surrounding and the future of history,then the thesis look forward to the localization of the religion in the village.
