Subjective well-being refers to the individual's overall evaluation of the quality of life based on the standard of self determination.The ambivalence over emotional expression,that is,the individuals with ambivalence over emotional expression are often in the state of the competition between the expression and the non expression.Ambivalence over emotional expression is considered to individuals in the state of their emotional expression and no expression,is also the the decision-making process of expression and no expression,and is considered to be one of the main influencing factors of individual well-being,and lots of empirical studies also show that ambivalence over emotional expression influences subjective well-being.Catastrophizing is a cognitive emotional adjustment strategy for individuals to adjust their emotions when they experience negative life events,and it shows a badly exaggerated bad idea.Perceived social support includes experience,respect,support and understanding of emotional experience and satisfaction in social interaction.It has a significant prediction effect on college students' subjective well-being.The study will use a questionnaire to explore the role of catastrophizing and perceived social support between ambivalence over emotional expression and subjective well-being of 850 college students from three colleges in Heilongjiang province.The results of the study show that:(1)The reliability and validity of the questionnaire of ambivalence over emotional expression,Catastrophizing questionnaire,perceived social support scale and subjective well-being scale were better.It was suitable for this study.(2)There is a significant different levels of ambivalence over emotional expression between the current college students whether they are single.That is,the level of the only child's ambivalence over emotional expression is significantly higher than that of the non only child.However,there is no significant difference in the ambivalence over emotional expression between the two groups of gender and birthplace.There is no significant difference between the level of catastrophizing college students and the level of perceived social support in gender,birthplace and whether they are the only child.The subjective well-being of college students is above average level,and there is a significant difference in gender.That is,the subjective well-being level of boys is significantly higher than girls,but there is no significant difference in gender and whether they are the only child.(3)Ambivalence over emotional expression was positively related to catastrophizing.Perceived social support and emotional conflict,disaster showed a significant negative correlation.Subjective well-being was negatively related to ambivalence over emotional expression.Catastrophizing,perceived social support and subjective well-being is a significant positive correlation.(4)Ambivalence over emotional expression significantly predicts subjective well-being.Catastrophizing plays a mediating role between emotional expression conflict and subjective well-being.Perceived social support plays a mediating role between emotional expression conflict and subjective well-being too.
