Adolescence is a critical period of rapid growth for individuals who encounter a variety of problems,such as strained relationships,poor academic performance,low self-worth,and repeated failures to achieve success and happiness.At the beginning of adolescence,they enter the junior high school campus,so it is of great significance to guide them to grow up healthily and happily.From the perspective of psychology,this study explores the relationship between perceived social support and subjective well-being,introduces two variables,self-affirmation and self-worth,explores the mediating effect between perceived social support and subjective well-being,and proposes effective educational Suggestions to enrich the path of subjective well-being.This study used questionnaire investigation to 490 students in henan province as the research object,research tool with the perceived social support scale(PSSS),the GHO-self-esteem scale and adolescent self-worth scale(SW)and the subjective well-being scale(SWLS),using the SPSS20.0 to scale reliability and validity analysis,to describe the data statistics,single factor variance analysis,independent sample t-test,correlation analysis,multiple regression analysis,the final use SPSS macro program for chain mediation PROCESS analysis,the results are as follows:(1)The subjective well-being of junior high school students is in the middle level,and there is no significant difference in gender,grade and origin of students.Junior high school students' perceived social support was above the average level,and the grade difference was significant.The self-affirmation level of junior high school students is in the middle,and the grade difference is significant.The self-worth of junior high school students is above the average level,with significant differences in gender and grade.(2)Perceived social support,self-affirmation,self-worth and subjective well-being were significantly positively correlated.Self-affirmation plays a part mediating role between perceived social support and subjective well-being,and self-worth also plays a part mediating role between perceived social support and subjective well-being.Self-affirmation and self-worth play a chain mediating role between perceived social support and subjective well-being.Conclusion: Perceived social support can not only directly affect the subjective well-being level,but also indirectly affect the subjective well-being level by affecting self-affirmation and self-worth.In the future,we can improve the subjective well-being level of junior high school students from two aspects: self-affirmation and self-worth.
