A Study On The Translation Of The Good Wife From The Perspective Of Teleology

With the development of human spiritual civilization,information globalization accelerates,people for the spiritual demand is also constantly improve,film and television works not only can bring the audience visual impact,it contains lots of information and the rich connotation,so,a widely acclaimed movies often can bring us perceive the benefits of exert a subtle influence on changing our habits of thinking,spiritual rendering and enlightenment.In the process of human development,translation plays an extremely important role in the communication and integration of source language and target language.It realizes the mutual conversion between languages and promotes the mutual communication between the source language group and the target language group.The two complement each other.Is accurate and correct the original translated in the translation of the target language audience could understand how important it is,according to the current situation,the translator's own quality condition and the professional ability to a certain extent,restrict the development of drama translation,in this situation,for the further study of drama translation becomes very urgent and needs.Based on "under the perspective of skopos theory of TV series" the good wife "translation studies",35 sets TV series "the good wife" as a text lines translation research,with the German functionalist theory skopos theory as the theoretical framework,combined with the translation of a large number of relevant examples,try to multi-angle analysis characteristics,follow the principle of work,translation,and the existing problems and countermeasures,and then the translation of some deficiencies in proposed own view.This paper intends to explore the practicality of skopos theory in translation practice through in-depth analysis and comparison of the translation of the good wife,so as to provide a theoretical basis for translation practice in both Chinese and western languages.Through the research,it is found that the translator adopts a variety of translation strategies,translation methods and translation skills in the translation of the good wife.In terms of translation methods,translators mainly use free translation.This paper is divided into three parts: preface,text and conclusion.In the preface,this paper introduces the research purpose,research significance,research status,research objects and methods,and skopos theory.The body part is divided into three parts:The first part is the first chapter and the second chapter.The first chapter firstly introduces the script "a good wife",and then analyzes the characteristics of its lines.The second chapter mainly analyzes and summarizes the translation characteristics of the translation.The second part is chapter 3 and chapter 4,the third chapter from the perspective of skopos theory,analyzes the follows the principles of skopos theory in translation,this paper,the fourth chapter mainly translation study from the translation strategies and translation methods,translation skills related translation examples of the three Angle combined with translation to translation of "the good wife" are analyzed and summarized.The third part is the fifth chapter,this chapter mainly on the translator in the process of translation problems are summarized,and then put forward relevant countermeasures.The conclusion part summarizes the whole framework of the thesis.
