| Culture is the lubricant of social operation and the spiritual demand of all the people.It is also an important part of our country's "five in one" construction mode elaborated in the report of the 18 th CPC National Congress and the 13 th Five-Year Plan.Wuhan City,as the central city of China,its future economy cannot prosper without cultural support.Marxist theory contains rich thought of cultural construction.How to carry on the cultural construction of socialist community under the guidance of the construction of Marxist cultural theory is of great theoretical and practical significance.The 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China pointed out,"The major contradictions in our society have been transformed into the contradiction between the growing need for a better life for the people and the uneven development." The residents of the community have long been unsatisfied with the basic material pursuit,namely,having house to live in and having meals to eat.Instead,their aspiration has been upgraded to the advanced stage of pursuing cultural accomplishment and spiritual enjoyment.Therefore,as the core culture,community culture faces the historical opportunities and challenges.What kind of community culture we shall build is an important issue that must be resolved.With the government as the guide and the residents' autonomy,based on the geopolitical history and culture,we should excavate the treasure of literature and creation from the common people,draw the beauty nutrition from the life practice,write the people's cause,and record the progress of the times.Under the context of the construction of community culture in Wuchang District with love and rural folk feature,and undertaking the grass roots traits,a community culture with Wuchang characteristics is expected to be build in the new era.Taking the government as the guide,combined with the residents' autonomy,based on the geo-historical culture,we will deeply explore the cultural treasures from the people's side,extract beauty from the practice of life,write the people's great career,and record the progress of the times.A community culture in Wuchang District shall be built through merging the folklore and grassroots,thus creating a community culture with Wuchang characteristics in the new era.Guided by Marxist thoughts on cultural construction,this thesis raises questions,analyze problems,and solve problems based on the local situation in Wuchang District after in-depth community research visits.The paper is divided into five chapters:The first chapter is a introduction of the domestic and foreign scholars study on urban community cultural construction research results of the Wuchang District,and clarifying the research's ideas and methods.The second chapter expounds the concept of urban community culture construction in Wuchang District and related theories as the theoretical guidance.This chapter mainly starts with the theory of community cultural construction and then sums up previous experiences to construct the theoretical framework of the full text.It mainly discusses the important position and role of cultural construction in the construction of urban communities,and focuses on the significance of the construction of socialist culture in China.The third chapter introduces the development of urban community culture construction in Wuchang District,its development background,and some achievements and analysis.The fourth chapter was the focus of this article,analyzing the main problems existing in the urban community culture construction of Wuchang District based on the actual survey data from three dimensions of the government,society and community residents themselves.The fifth chapter proposes the countermeasures to improve the community culture construction in Wuchang District.This chapter mainly aims at proposing targeted measures to strengthen the cultural development of the urban community in combination with the local characteristics of Wuchang District. |
