Social Work Perspective To Explore Wuhai City Haibowan District Donghuan Road Community Culture Construction Situation

In this paper, the author in Haibowan District of Wuhai City Haibei Street Office of Donghuan Road community for three years(from 2010 August to 2013 August), during the post community publicity committee and deputy director of the community. Work in the community during the last three years, the contradiction between the strong personal feelings to the community cultural status and the growing cultural needs, the thought of many ways to improve the community cultural status, but because of the lack of professional theoretical knowledge and guidance, the effect is not very obvious received. So, I took all kinds of confusion and doubt came to the Inner Mongolia Normal University to study theoretical knowledge of professional community, in the past two years, the author through to seriously study the theory of cultural knowledge, that is facing many problems in the community cultural construction.This paper takes Wuhai City Donghuan Road rcommunity Haibowan district as an example, to explore the status of Donghuan Road community culture construction:First, a brief introduction of the community culture construction and the Donghuan Road community, respectively, were introduced from theactivities of the facilities, community organizations and community construction in the aspects of community culture construction present situation.Second, a comprehensive analysis of the difficulties and problems facing the Donghuan Road in the community culture construction,including community management and administration of the strong color;community residents to participate in the enthusiasm is not high; the modernization of community cultural facilities is poor; community cultural activities, form a single content conservative; difficulties for the development of community volunteer effect is not ideal, community culture group.Third, facing the Donghuan Road in the community culture construction problems and proposes some countermeasures and suggestions, combined with the status of the community of Donghuan Road, thinking more perfect on the cultural construction of community management, integration of community cultural resources, operational mechanism and so on, through the play of non-government organization,carry out "our holiday" large-scale folk activities, carry out the "new Wuhai" activities, carry out main plaza activities, school activities,neighborhood activities characteristics of community cultural activities,combined with the "China calligraphy city" activities, build brand community.In this paper, in order to meet the needs of community residents to culture as the main line, and strive to create a good cultural environment for the community residents, and community workers have been trying to carry out a variety of cultural activities: to enrich people’s amateur cultural life, to carry out training activities to enhance the cultural quality of community residents, to carry out volunteer activities to enhance community residents "master" consciousness. Community culture work,ultimately only one purpose, is to cultivate residents sentiment,comprehensive and healthy development of the community.The Donghuan Road community to "serve the people, everyone involved, everyone shared; serving the people" as the theme, to create "brand community to unite the people, serving the masses" characteristics.Community cultural activities carried out widely, improve the community cultural cohesion, provides an effective guarantee for the smooth progress of the construction of community culture.
