The Folk Songs of the Southern Dynasty are remained in the yuefu poetry anthology which was compiled by Guo MaoQian.There are 471 songs in total,including 321 Wu Songs,142 Western Songs and 18 divine string songs.The Folk songs are the literary works closest to local natural customs.The Folk Songs of the Southern Dynasties were produced in the middle and lower reaches of the Yangtze River and the jianghan river basin,which showed the natural environment and folk customs of the southern dynasties and had local cultural features.When we re-examine the folk songs of the southern dynasties from the perspective of literary geography,we will find that the study of the folk songs of the southern dynasties could be researched by such a method for a more in-depth and detailed analysis,no matter in terms of theme,image,language or style.By studying the folk songs of southern dynasties through the research method of literary geography,we can not only understand the geographical environment,local conditions and customs,living habits as well as production mode of southern dynasties,but also understand the belief,emotion,aesthetic consciousness and value concept of southern dynasty people through these contentsThis paper is divided into five parts,including the introduction and the text.The introduction mainly introduces the basic situation of the folk songs of the southern dynasties,including the emergence of the time,scope,domestic and foreign research status as well as the research content and research ideas of this paper.The body mainly includes the following four chapters:The first chapter discusses the geographical background of the southern folk songs.This paper mainly discusses the geographical area of folk songs and the author's geographical positionThe second chapter discusses the regional cultural landscape in the folk songs of the southern dynasty.Mainly from the southern dynasty natural landscape,urban landscape,folk landscape three aspects.In terms of natural landscape,it mainly discusses the unique landscape,abundant natural products and the beauty of the four seasons.In the aspect of urban landscape,it mainly describes the prosperous commercial city and the rich entertainment life in the southern dynasty,as well as the emergence of businessmen,merchants' wives and other special groups.The folk landscape mainly describes the religious customs and social customs of the southern dynasty.The third chapter analyzes the geographical environment and the characters in their folk songs of the southern dynasties.From the female and the male two Angle,carries on the analysis to the folk song in the character image.According to their different identities,women are divided into three categories: song prostitute and dancer;peasant woman and village woman;merchant woman and ship woman.According to the attitudes of men in love and marriage,the images of men are divided into two categories: affectionate and uncaring.The e geographical environment is closely related to the characters in folk songs,and the relationship between the geographical environment and the characters is discussed in detail.The fourth chapter mainly discusses the influence of the geographical environment on the folk songs of the southern dynasty from the creation,language and artistic style.In the creation,the unique geographical environment has influenced the author's aesthetic inclination and values.Linguistically,influenced by the geographical environment,many southern dialects and puns appeared in folk songs.In terms of style,the geographical environment also makes the folk songs of the southern dynasties present a beautiful,charming,sad and lingering artistic style.
