At present,the culture and history of the Qin people are the focus of domestic archaeology and historians.The archaeological findings provide abundant research materials for the study of Qin culture,including the Qin nationality,city sites,migration and development routes of the Qin people.The most important is through a series of archaeological materials published,clarify the source of Qin culture,characteristics and other aspects of the problem.With the research methods of archaeology,the diversity and problems related to Qin culture can be gradually solved.The diet structure of the Qin people is an important part of the study of Qin culture.With the rise of plant archaeological research methods such as starch grains and phytosideres in China,it provides important technical support for the research of ancient human food structure and the development of ancient agriculture.There are few records about Qin people's diet and agricultural economy in the literature,and there are also few studies on plant remains.Therefore,more work is needed to study the sources of Qin people's diet.This paper takes xi 'an Podi site late warring states period unearthed from the Qin people cemetery of excavated material as the foundation,to extract the Qin people keep stones,teeth on starch granule residue analysis of bottom in late Qin people diet information.Combined with the domestic existing research achievements,the diet of the Qin people to further explore the Qin people migrating from the eastern region to the Guanzhong region in Gansu province in the process of the change of diet and development status of agricultural economy and agricultural development in the qin dynasty unified process play a role.The main structure of this paper is as follows:The first part is the first chapter,introduction.This chapter mainly elaborates on the reasons for this topic,and sorts out the academic research history of Qin culture and the diet structure of Qin people.There are few studies on the dietary structure of the Qin people.The main content of this paper is the dietary composition and agricultural economy of the Qin people at the Podi of xi 'an slope.Combined with human bone isotopes,physical anthropology,animal archaeology,traditional archaeology and historical materials,the change of diet structure and living economy of the Qin people from the early to the late period were analyzed.This paper mainly studies and discusses the plant food sources of Qin people at the bottom of the slope,and deeply discusses the diet and living economy changes of Qin people based on relevant research results such as historical materials,which is the significance of this paper.The second part is the second chapter,materials and methods.Section 1 mainly sorts out the location,age and nature of the Qin people's cemetery at the Podi of the slope of Gaoling in Xi 'an.Third quarter for experimental preparation work before,the questions needed to attention in the experiment,experiment process,set up a lab environment pollution in this experiment,long-term monitoring,environment pollution monitoring in the process of experiment,experiment operation in the process of pollution monitoring three samples of pollution monitoring,to monitor the process of environmental pollution may affect the result of the experiment.The third part is chapter 3,the experimental results discussed,under the microscope for the experimental treatment of dental calculus microscopic examination of the samples,were found to 185 starch grains,including 75 wheat starch grains,46 class millet starch grains,12 job 's-tears starch grains,2 piece of root starch grains,1 oak starch grains,1 suspected leguminosae,a total of 6 kinds of starch grains,and 48 diamonds because starch granule surface morphology damage cannot be identified.In this experiment,the absolute number and occurrence frequency of starch grains were counted,and different statistical results were obtained by the two statistical methods.Compared with the existing research methods of Qin people's bone stable isotope analysis,the results of occurrence frequency statistics were closer to that of bone stable isotope analysis.In this experiment,the results obtained by frequency statistics are closer to the actual dietary status of the people in Podi Qin,Xi'anThe fourth part is the fourth chapter,this paper discusses Podi Qin people dental calculus starch granule analysis reflect the related issues,pedaling Qin people diet if there is a gender difference,pedaling the Qin people food processing approach,downhill in Xian Qin people diet reflects the agricultural economy,combining with the existing bones stable isotope analysis,physical anthropology and traditional agriculture and animal archaeology historiographical combed the Qin people from early to late diet structure and profession of the economy.The fifth part is the fifth chapter.This chapter is the conclusion of the whole article.First,the discussion on the food structure and agricultural economy of the people in the Qin dynasty;The second is to analyze the change of diet structure and living economy of Qin people from early Qin dynasty to the late warring states period.
