With the improvement of China's national strength and the rapid development of economy and culture,the people of the world are very interested in learning Chinese and understanding Chinese culture.A wave of "Chinese fever"prevails all over the world.Most foreign students have a strong interest in learning Chinese idioms,but at the same time they think it is not easy to learn them well.A small number of foreign students are reluctant to learn idioms because they find it very difficult to learn them.How to improve the effect of learning idioms and arouse the interest of foreign students is a difficult problem for international Chinese teachers.In the first and second volumes of the intermediate class textbook Bridge of the International Education College,the author selected some idioms and put them into the Wechat Public Platform for teaching.Through the practice of Wee hat Public Platform for a period of time,most users believe that the way of using Wechat Public Platform to learn idioms is acceptable.Users affirmed the content of Chinese idiom teaching displayed on Wechat public platform,and improved their learning effect and interest.Through the test,the students who subscribe to the public number of"Interesting Idioms"have a high correct rate,which indicates that foreign students can effective ly learn idioms through the Wechat public platform.The research also shows that there are some shortcomings in the public platform teaching of Chinese idioms.The main manifestations are:the use of Wechat public platform teaching is not as interactive as the actual classroom,feedback is not timely.At the same time,classroom teaching is binding on students,and it is difficult for learners on Wechat public platform to insist on learning the whole course.The teaching practice of Wechat Public Platform shows that it is a potential new form of international Chinese teaching,which is conducive to the promotion of Chinese culture,but it needs to be further improved to make it more suitable for"fragmentation"learning.This paper is divided into five chapters.The first chapter introduces the research background of the paper,expounds the purpose and significance of the research,introduces the research methods,and clarifies the research ideas.In the seco nd chapter,the research achievements of experts and scholars are introduced and commented on from two aspects:the teaching of Chinese idioms and the application of multimedia technology in Chinese teaching.Chapter 3:To investigate the feasibility of Wechat in the teaching of Chinese idioms,questionnaires were sent out to foreign students in intermediate classes of International Education College.Through the investigation,it is necessary to establish the teaching platform of Chinese idiom Wechat Public Number.Chapter IV,the design and practice of Wechat Public Number Teaching Platform proves that this teaching platform can improve the interest and effect of foreign students in learning Chinese idioms.Chapter 5:Reflections and prospects.This paper not only reflects on the existing problems of the public number teaching platform,but also hopes for the application of Wechat public number teaching platform in Chinese teaching.
