This paper conducts a systematic investigation on the relevant situation of local Chinese teachers in Chile.Based on the convenience of Chinese teaching at the Confucius Institute at the University of St.Thomas in Chile,the author analyzes the personal situation,teaching situation and training needs of local teachers in Chile.Through the study of local Chinese teachers in Chile,we can put forward some specific suggestions and methods for the training of local Chinese teachers at home and abroad as well as the development of international Chinese teaching.It will provide some reference for Chinese teaching and local teacher training in Chile and even Latin America.supplement.This article is divided into six parts:The first chapter introduces the reasons for the topic selection,the purpose and significance of the research,and the research status at home and abroad.It also expounds the ideas and methods of the relevant research on local Chinese teachers in Chile.The second chapter mainly introduces the development of Chinese language teaching in Chile in two stages before and after the establishment of the Confucius Institute in Chile.Including the establishment of the main Chinese language teaching institutions and teaching methods in Chile before the establishment of the Confucius Institute,and the current situation of Chinese teaching in Chile after the establishment of the Confucius Institute.At the same time,it expounds the relationship between local Chinese teachers and the development of Chinese teaching in Chile,and analyzes the value of local Chinese teachers in the development of Chinese teaching in Chile.The third chapter investigates and analyzes the basic information,teaching situation and career planning of local Chinese teachers in Chile through questionnaires.At the same time,it also divides the teaching units and teaching objects in detail,and collects a large number of local Chinese teachers.Relevant suggestions for teaching institutions and training,and detail analysis of the reasons for the emotional changes in the teaching of local Chinese teachers in Chile.The fourth chapter conducts personal interviews with three local Chinese teachers in Chile,analyzes their tendency in career choices and makes their own suggestions for the training and development of local Chinese teachers.At the same time,the author also tracked the classrooms of three local Chinese teachers,selected three representative lesson classes to analyze the classroom cases,and evaluated and analyzed the classroom teaching methods and teaching effects of local Chinese teachers.The fifth chapter analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of local Chinese teachers in Chile based on the results of the third chapter questionnaire and the fourth chapter personal interviews and classroom recordings.According to the characteristics of local Chinese teaching in Chile,the local Chinese teachers themselves are targeted.And relevant teaching institutions and management departments to make recommendations to promote the development of localization of Chinese teaching in Chile.Chapter 6 summarizes the full text and presents expectations for future research.
