Survey And Analysis Of The Status Of Chinese Teachers In Indonesia

As the development of economic globalization,China's international standing raised rapidly.The enthusiasm of learning Chinese language risen gradually,especially for Southern Asia countries.But we have different reasons,for example,Indonesia.The Republic of Indonesia is called for short Indonesia,which locates in the equator.Indonesia has the largest ethnic Chinese population in the world,which gets about twenty million people.The Chinese language is called Mandarin in Indonesia.The Chinese education exists from the first-generation immigrants,which aims at the heritage of Chinese culture.The Chinese education in Indonesia undergoes from prosperity to faultage because of the changes in policy.Nowadays it revives.The thesis mainly studies the current situation of Indonesia local Chinese teacher,illustrated by the case of Jakarta and Tangerang.And the thesis makes suggestions to the questions.The thesis mainly includes several important aspects.First,the standard comparison between International Chinese teacher and Indonesia local Chinese teacher.Second,the questionnaire analysis of Indonesia local Chinese teacher.Third,the statement of old and new problems in Indonesia local Chinese teacher and make suggestions.The emphasis of predecessor's correlational research focus on the problems that is sweeping.And the solving strategies are very generalization.Through filling out the questionnaire for the Indonesia local Chinese teacher,The thesis discovers some inherent questions from the old Chinese teachers and new questions from new Chinese teachers.The thesis makes rationalization proposals that aim at the problems.Furthermore,Indonesia local Chinese teachers are lack of unified standard.The thesis establishes a set of standard proposal for Indonesia local Chinese teacher.I hope I can make contributions to Indonesia local Chinese teacher through my own efforts.
