Culture is the soul of a country and a nation,and the inheritance of culture is the key to the retention and existence of its content and form.With the development of science and technology and the prevalence of mobile learning,the transmission mode of traditional culture urgently needs to be updated.Taking Hebei folk culture as an example,the existing resources are mostly in the form of books,video,pictures and texts,etc.,which have disadvantages such as single media elements,incomplete content and limited publicity and promotion.It can be seen that the inheritance of traditional culture has not been combined with the characteristics of The Times.Based on the grasp of the status quo of Hebei folk culture inheritance,this paper intends to design and develop cross-terminal interactive learning resources in combination with the trend of mobile learning,so as to provide new ideas for the digital inheritance of traditional culture.This paper firstly summarizes the development status of Hebei folk culture and cross-terminal interactive learning resources through literature analysis.Then a questionnaire survey was conducted on the development needs of cross-terminal interactive learning resources of Hebei folk culture to understand the willingness of different people to use cross-terminal interactive learning resources and their design needs.On this basis,this paper selects the folk culture of Hebei province – Wuqiang woodblock New Year paintings(referred to as Wuqiang New Year paintings)as the subject for case development,to explore the effective way of cross-terminal interactive learning resources in the inheritance and promotion of Hebei folk culture.This paper consists of the following six parts:The first part is the introduction,which explains the research background,research purpose and significance of Hebei folk culture and cross-terminal interactive learning resources,as well as the definition of related concepts.This paper introduces the domestic and foreign research status,research content and methods.The second part introduces the theoretical basis and technical support for the design and development of cross-terminal interactive learning resources.The third part investigated the development of cross-terminal interactive learning resources of Hebei folk culture,and then analyzed the existing problems of Hebei folk culture resources and the design requirements of people for cross-terminal interactive learning resources.The fourth part elaborates the design and development principles of cross-terminal interactive learning resources,constructs the design and development process of cross-terminal interactive learning resources,and takes Wuqiang New Year pictures as an example to carry out case development.The fifth part analyzes the characteristics and advantages of cross-terminal interactive learning resources and its promotion prospect.The sixth part is the summary and innovation,which mainly summarizes the full text and points out the innovation and shortcomings of this study.
