| Sports dance was introduced into China in the mid-1930 s,and was rapidly promoted and popularized in the 1980 s.According to the number of off campus training institutions announced by Guangzhou Education Bureau in 2021,there are1071 comprehensive cultural and art institutions in Guangzhou,including 43 professional children’s dance training institutions.The number of new institutions is increasing year by year,and the number of old institutions is also increasing,so the competition between institutions is increasing“ How to retain students? " It has become an important aspect that organizations want to operate for a long time.According to the survey,there are many problems in many institutions,such as" students give up after enrollment for a period of time "," the number of students drops "," long-term learning but unsatisfactory learning effect "," parents do not have a deep understanding of the teaching methods of institutions ".The overall analysis shows that the main reason for the high rate of student turnover is that institutions are difficult to meet the needs of consumers(parents)for teaching“ Whether parents can be satisfied " has become an important factor for us to consider whether a training institution is excellent.How to solve the problems in Guangzhou Children’s sports dance training market,increase parents’ trust in institutions,and further improve parents’ satisfaction with Guangzhou Children’s sports dance teaching has become the focus of sports dance industry.By using the methods of literature review,expert interview,questionnaire survey and mathematical statistics,this paper studies the factors influencing the satisfaction of teaching parents in Guangzhou Children’s sports dance training institutions,and constructs the measurement index system of satisfaction of teaching parents in Guangzhou Children’s sports dance training institutions.Taking Xingqing dance studio,Shangming dance art and Jianrong dance as the main survey objects,this paper makes a survey on the teaching satisfaction of parents of children’s sports dance training institutions in Guangzhou.According to the problems of teaching satisfaction,the paper puts forward the promotion strategy of six teaching indicators(teaching level,teaching methods and means,teaching effect,teaching objectives,teaching content,teaching environment)of children’s sports dance training institutions,So as to improve the satisfaction of teaching parents.The conclusion is as follows:(1)The factors that affect parents’ satisfaction of teaching in children’s sports dance training institutions mainly include: teaching level,teaching environment,teaching objectives,teaching content,teaching means and methods,and teaching effect.(2)From high to low,the score of parents’ satisfaction of children’s sports dance training institutions: teaching effect(4.473)> teaching means and methods(4.088)>teaching level(3.936)> teaching environment(3.355)> teaching content(3.339)>teaching goal(3.288).(3)Guangzhou Children’s sports dance training institutions teaching satisfaction mainly from the teaching effect,teaching content,teaching objectives,teaching means and methods,teaching level to improve these aspects.However,the teaching content,teaching objectives and teaching environment with low satisfaction should be corrected.(4)The scale has good validity and reliability. |
