Stress refers to the psychological tension caused by the individual in the face of various sources of stress in daily life.If the individual the tension is too strong,and has lasted for a long time,beyond the control and adjustment ability of the individual,will cause the individual physiological or psychological function disorder,and produce disease,so it is very urgent to explore the mechanism of stress sense of college students.Some studies have found that individuals with high neuroticism and introverted individuals respond more strongly to stress events.This study shows that neuroticism and introversion personality are closely related to the production of stress.However,the specific role and the mechanism of its interaction is not clear.According to the cognitive interaction theory of stress,the emergence of individual stress depends on individual cognitive evaluation,and cognitive evaluation is related to cognitive factors such as self-worth,self-efficacy and so on.Therefore,this study aims to explore the mechanism of personality on stress,and to consider the dynamic relationship among self-efficacy,self-worth,neuroticism,introversion and extroversion and stress.In this study,501 college students in Nantong University and Nantong Vocational University were tested with the General self-efficacy scale,the brief version of the Big five Personality scale,the Youth self-worth scale and the College students undefined stress scale.The purpose of this study was to investigate the personality of 501 college students in Nantong University and Nantong Vocational University.The relationship among self-efficacy,self-worth and stress,and the chain intermediary role of self-efficacy and self-worth between personality and stress.The results are as follows:there is a significant negative correlation between stress and self-efficacy and self-worth,a significant positive correlation between stress and neuroticism,and a significant negative correlation with introversion and extroversion.There was a significant negative correlation between self-efficacy and neuroticism,a significant positive correlation between self-efficacy and introversion,and a significant positive correlation between self-efficacy and self-worth.neuroticism and extroversion indirectly affect the stress of college students through the intermediary of self-worth.neuroticism,introversion and extroversion indirectly affect the production of stress through the chain intermediary of "self-efficacy and self-worth".The conclusions of this study are as follows:there is a pairwise correlation between neuroticism,introversion and extroversion,self-worth,self-efficacy and stress.self-worth plays a partial intermediary role in neuroticism,introversion and extroversion and stress perception.(3)self-efficacy and self-worth play a chain mediating role between neuroticism,introversion and extroversion and stress.
