A Research On Current Situation Of Job Stress,General Self-Efficacy And Subjective Well-being And Their Relationship Of Jail Police Hunan Province

The jail police is a special kind of occupation, its work with high risk, the task is difficult, and not allowed to make mistakes and so on. In this study, the jail police Stressor Questionnaire, General Self-Efficacy Scale, SWB for the jail system in Hunan Province, random sample of306jail police study to explore the three status and relationship, and found:A:Hunan jail police pressure flat with the national situation, the male police officers working pressure greater than women in the intermediate stage of police age (10-20years police age) of the police officers working pressure was significantly greater than other police instar stage, front-line police officers working pressure department personnel, police officers of the high academic level (undergraduate and above) the pressure level is lower than the low education level police officers.B:Jail police are generally self-efficacy sense a high level, male levels were significantly higher than women, grassroots police officers and department personnel were no significant differences, police age21years and above, the general self-efficacy sense of the level of the highest education level high school and below level score status was significantly lower than the level of their qualifications.C:Jail police in a moderate level of negative emotional experience in men than women, and police the age of21years and above, the highest score of subjective well-being, subjective well-being of the front-line police officers were significantly lower than all department personnel, various academic levels in the subjective sense of happiness, the difference was not significant.D:Jail police work pressure and general self-efficacy sense of negative correlation, working pressure and subjective well-being of the negative emotional dimensions exist significant with a positive correlation, between the general self-efficacy and SWB negative emotional experience exists a significant negative correlation, a positive correlation with positive emotional experience. Job stress and general self-efficacy into the regression equation, the two can better predict subjective well-being on SWB.
