The analects of Confucius have cloud:“Bad manners cannot have successful communication ”.Etiquette culture has been heavily promoted by the Chinese since ancient times.“Honorifics ”is not only the Chinese interpersonal lubrication,is also an important part of world culture.“Honorifics ”is the primary factor in the process of foreign students to learn and use Chinese.Today's domestic teaching Chinese as a foreign language,students can contact courtesy of opportunity are generally on the oral and comprehensive course,according to our investigation,students in the case of using Chinese “honorifics ”language still exist many errors.In order to promote students communication ability,strengthen the Chinese and western culture,esteemed we should pay more attention“honorifics ” teaching for international students.Based on the reference achievements of Chinese and western courtesy,“honorifics ” related to comb and select Shanghai Normal University,55 students attend questionnaire research.According to the questionnaire,in the view of the errors made by foreign students use “honorifics ” in carries on the analysis,and in teaching feasibility strategy,period in order to improve the teaching quality of “honorifics ” expression in Chinese.This paper is divided into six chapters: Introduction: an overview for student in“honorifics”errors analysis and study of teaching research purpose,significance,thinking and methods,and the related research status at home and abroad were reviewed.The first chapter: this paper defines and classifies “honorifics” in modern Chinese,and analyzes the characteristics of “honorifics” according to linguistic adaptation theory.The second chapter: statistics and collection of “honorifics ”in the second edition of New Practical Chinese Reader(annotated in English).The third chapter:design the questionnaire,combined with the questionnaire,this paper analyzes the errors of honorific language used by international students and the reasons for the errors.The forth chapter: introduce the application of situational teaching method in oral English class.The fifth chapter: combine the teaching of “honorifics” language in oral English class with situational teaching method,and put forward our own teaching design.The sixth chapter:conclusion.
