Study On Semantic And Metaphorical Phenomena Of Russian Emotional Idioms

Idioms are an important part of language and a cultural prism reflecting national customs,values and national psychology.Emotion is the abstract psychological activity of human beings and a mood that cannot be seen but can be felt.As an important part of the lexical unit,the emotional idiom has accumulated a certain culture and history,and is a manifestation of national culture.It is typical and representative.This paper takes Russian emotional idioms as the research object and analyzes its semantics and metaphors.The thesis is divided into four chapters.The first chapter: introduction.This part determines the research object of this paper,and expounds the research background,significance,source,research content,research methods,research difficulties and sources of corpus,and summarizes the research status and trends of emotional idioms at home and abroad.The second chapter: an overview of the theories of Russian idioms and metaphors.This part gives an overview of the theories of Russian idioms and metaphors,including an overview of Russian idioms,concepts and features,metaphor research,concepts and types of metaphor.The third chapter: semantic analysis of Russian emotional idioms.This part defines the concept of Russian emotional idioms,and semantics idioms are semantically divided according to joy,anger,sadness,and fear.The synonymous and polysemy in Russian idioms are explained and the causes are analyzed.The fourth chapter: the analysis of the metaphorical phenomenon of Russian emotional idioms.This paper analyzes the metaphorical phenomena existing in the four kinds of emotional idioms of joy,anger,sadness,and fear,and clarifies the reasons for the metaphorical phenomenon of emotional idioms.Through the study of the semantics and metaphors of Russian emotional idioms,the analysis help us to understand and use Russian idioms,which are helpful for Russian vocabulary,translation and cultural teaching,and the study of Russian emotional idiom metaphors.These all deepen the study of lexicology,idioms,and culture and deepen the understanding of Russian national culture and have a certain positive impact on Sino-Russian cross-cultural communication.
