A Case Study On Profit Model Of Huayi Brothers

With the rapid development of China's economy and the improvement of people's living standard,people's demand for spiritual culture is increasing day by day.Because of this market demand,the film and television industry shows the momentum of rapid development.The film industry is a special cultural industry,with the characteristics of high investment,high risk,long payback period.The special industry characteristics and fierce competition requires enterprises to have effective profit model to achieve sustained development,but now the domestic film market profit model is not mature.Huayi Brothers,one of the representatives of the film enterprises in China,has a whole industry chain profit model,which is industry leading.We take Huayi Brothers as the example,analyze and evaluate the profit model,find out the advantage and problems.Through the analysis,we hope to provide a reference for the film industry enterprises.This paper is divided into four parts.The first chapter introduces the research background and research significance,and explores the definition,structure and evaluation way of the profit model,which establish the theoretical basis.Secondly,this paper introduces the overall situation and profit model of case company Huayi Brothers.The third part is the case analysis.It evaluate the profit model result through the comprehensive evaluation of the company's profit model and strategy,and the financial effect of profit model,then it continues to explore the causes of this situation through in-depth analysis of the four elements of the company's profit model.Finally,based on the above analysis,this paper put forward the insights to film industry.Through this case study,this paper argues that the whole industry chain profit model of Huayi Brothers Company is worth learning from,and it has a beneficial effect on the company's present and future profits.The operation advantages and disadvantages of profit model lead to the existence of profitability and income,but the persistence and stability ofearnings is insufficient.On the basis of the above analysis,this paper summarizes the enlightenment to the film and television industry,including profit model selection,structure,concrete construction and the development.Hope to provide useful reference for other film and television companies.
