The material mourning(もののあはれ)is a literary idea put forward by Prof.Motoori Norinaga,a scholar of the Japanese nationality in the Edo era,in his commentary on Genji Monogatari(“Genji Monogatari”).After the 1940 s,Da Xi K rite extracted the aesthetic category of "Mourning Sorrow" from ancient Japanese literary theory and studied it as an aesthetic form.Among them,“things” are perceived objects and refer to natural things."Sadness" is sadness and injury.It refers to a series of subjective emotions after the subject is exposed to the subject.The development of the material mourning has been influenced by the Chinese“feeling of sensation”and has formed unique cultural and artistic features and has given birth to specific cultural expressions in Japan.With the development of Japanese animated art today,Mono no aware aesthetics has always been its basic aesthetic tone,and it all embodies its unique aesthetic aesthetic style.While absorbing and borrowing from foreign cultures,the Japanese nation has always maintained its own unique cultural core.Among them,the formation of the mourning aesthetics is a major turning point in the literary world.It is also a sign that Japan has its own national core aesthetic ideology.This article analyzes the cultural and historical basis of the word "Mono no aware" and the cultural and artistic characteristics of the aesthetic ideology of the physical aesthetics.In addition,five films including the "Millennium Actress","Tokyo Godfather","Perfect Blue" and "Delusion Agent" and "Red Pepper" directed by Japan’s famous animation director Da Xi K rite are taken as examples.The research on the artistic style of the aesthetic characteristics of the material mourning was made in the aspects of character setting,scene design,and narrative methods,and the implications of the material mourning aesthetics on Japanese contemporary animation works were analyzed in depth.
