If "Death and Resurrection" is at the heart of Paul's Christian thought, the topic is not only too heavy for Francis Bacon, but also easy to make humans focus on the fantasies and values of living away from earthly life for a long time. The contemplation of resurrection and spiritual existence is always mixed with the desire of human will to encroach on,so for Bacon, man must always remember the motto of “oneself as man,not God”.In Bacon's mind, the overcoming of death threats(including restraint rather than annihilation of war)and claims to human longevity and even human physical power have replaced the afterlife promise of ancient Christianity. The born individual, like the world's complex material, has its own tendency to desire and movement, always trying to overcome restrictions to achieve their greatest freedom. However, humans must also remember the cultural consciousness created by Christian culture, that is,“You are made by God”.God's secret redemptive plan and natural power make it impossible for individuals to do what they do in the end, because “matter cannot be absolutely destroyed”.Through a scientific renaissance and the accumulation of technology similar to the nature of Prometheus ' theft,Bacon promised that human beings were no of blind hope, because that hope would no longer evolve into a human rebellion against one's own origin, but rather become a whole, common cause of continuous improvement of the technological process based on the taming of one's own desires.
