Comparative literature imagology is a branch of comparative literature,Its research object is the exotic image in the literature of a certain country,It focuses on how writers understand,describe and interpret foreign images in literary works,Its main purpose is not to verify the authenticity of these images from the perspective of history and reality,It rejects the image as a foreign repetition of reality,It sees the exotic image as an illusion.Because of the cultural differences between different countries,It is inevitable for writers to misinterpret,exaggerate and imagine the exotic images.Therefore,the task of comparative literature imagology is to explore the process and rules of the creation of foreign images,analyze its social psychological background and deep cultural implication.Chinese image is an exotic image in Russian literature,It has appeared many times in the works of contemporary Russian writers Pelivan and Sorokin.The so-called China image refers to the sum of all the images related to China.This paper takes the comparative literature imagology as the theoretical research foundation,selected contemporary Russian writers Pelevin and Sorokin's representative novels,?The Soviet commander???A day for the praetorian guard???Snowstorm?.Take the image of China in these works as the research object,analyze the images of Chinese people and Chinese articles in the works,analysis features.There are three kinds of Chinese images in the works,the man who love his job?Chinese struggling abroad ?the image of the Chinese helping others.There are two types of goods images in China:transportation and articles for daily use.The composition of these Chinese images has the following three characteristics:First of all,they wereinfluenced by the Russian society's view on China at that time.Secondly,they were influenced by the author's attitude towards Chinese traditional culture.Finally,the ultimate purpose of the author's creation of China's image was to review the maladies in the development of Russian society.Therefore,with Russia's comprehensive understanding of China,writers' friendly attitude towards Chinese traditional culture,and the enhancement of the interaction between China and Russia in the political,economic and cultural fields,the image of China in literary works presents an overall positive trend.This paper consists of three parts:introduction,text and conclusion.The introduction mainly introduces the research background,research significance and research status at home and abroad.The body consists of three chapters.The first chapter is the theory of comparative literature imagology.The concept and characteristics of comparative literature imagology are summarized.The second chapter is based on the representative works of contemporary Russian writers Pelivan and Sorokin: ? The Soviet commander???A day for the praetorian guard???Snowstorm?,this paper analyzes the Chinese image and its constitution.The third chapter expounds the reasons for the formation of Chinese image in literary works.The conclusion summarizes the law of Chinese image in contemporary Russian literature.
