As Thailand actively engages in the “One Belt,One Road” initiative,the exchanges betweenChina and Thailand will be more frequent and deeper.The demand for Thai language talents from the various languages will also change from single language to application and compound.This puts forward the teaching of vocational Thai language.Higher requirements and new challenges.At present,colleges offering Thai language majors of higher vocationacCollege are mainly located in neighboring provinces with ASEAN countries,including Guangxi.The teaching of Thai language at the higher vocational level in Guangxi began with the demand for Thai language talents in China-ASEAN cooperation.In the course of more than ten years of teaching practice,after many front-line teachers continue to reform and try,although they gradually get rid of the undergraduate talent training model,and initially formed their own teaching characteristics,but the overall teaching effect of the Thai language classroom is not satisfactory at present,and there are still certain problems.Based on the whole process of classroom teaching,combined with the theory of learning motivation and Rogers' "student-centered" teaching theory,this paper investigates the current situation of the application of Thai-language Thai courses in Guilin L College.Through in-depth analysis of the survey results obtained,it is found that teaching objectives,teaching conditions,teaching implementation,teaching evaluation,teaching subjects,etc.of the higher vocational Thai language courses in Guangxi have the following practical problems: the teaching objectives lack uniform standards and professional teaching conditions The construction is lagging,the teaching content and methods are slow to update,the teaching evaluation system is incomplete,and the teaching subject still has major defects.In view of the above problems,based on the analysis of the reasons,seven countermeasures are proposed: to promote the formulation of unified standards for higher vocational Thai teaching objectives,to improve the professional basic teaching conditions,to construct Thai textbooks that meet the actual development of vocational students,and to enrich the vocational teaching methods of Thai language.And means to improve the evaluation system of Thai language teaching,to create an excellent team of higher College Thai language teachers,and to mobilize the enthusiasm of vocational students in class,in order to improve the classroom teaching effect of higher vocational Thai language courses,and to carry out Thai language classroom teaching activities for other institutions.Provide a certain reference value.
