A vision is presented in the Second World Internet Congress for the development of the "Cyber Community of Shared Future" and "Digital China" for the purpose of Internet-based innovations.More and more companies are thriving with the help of network resource. Therefore, the power of the online community is receiving increasing attention from many traditional business operators. The organizations has been making great fortune out of millions of netizens. From this perspective, the effective management of the crowdsourcing platform would serve as a pivotal part of the future development of the organizations. However, there are relatively few studies on translation of corporate crowd-sourcing management texts domestically.Well-translated management texts are not only references for management professionals, but also provide translation strategies and skills for studies alike. Therefore, the author chooses an article “How to Effectively Manage the Crowdsourcing Platform” from California Management Review Journal as an example. This article presents 21 governance mechanisms that can help organizations manage their crowdsourcing platforms. It investigates the effectiveness of these governance mechanisms in 19 case studies and recommends specific configurations of these mechanisms for each of the four crowdsourcing approaches. In the process of translation, there are several stylistic features to be summed up.First, the original text tends to use lots of professional terms;Second, there are many compound words;Third, there are many flexible word translation found from the text;Fourth, the expertise and the preciseness of the text are conveyed by the usage of passive sentence and long and difficult sentences.Constructivism translation theory was put forward by Professor Lv Jun of the Department of Foreign Languages of Nanjing Normal University in 2005.Usually,when applying the theory into the text translation, translators need to be aware of the three rules.Firstly, the author should make the objective of the original text the first place.Secondly, the author needs to have complete understanding of the original text so that translation caters to the reading habits of the target readers.Thirdly, the frame and stylistic features of the original text should be reproduced in the target language. The author tries to solve the key problems in the translation process through discussing the key strategies outlined in the constructivist translation theory.Based on multiple examples and analysis, the author believes this new theory can indeed guide practice translation.
