On Spatial Narrative In Zhang Kangkang's Novels

In recent years,although the positive interest in the creation of Zhang Kangkang has transferred to prose,essays,her novels still play an important role in her literary works.After being introduced,the spatial narrative has aroused great concern in academic circle.And in the field of literature research,the spatial narrative features of the novel have attracted more and more attention.Spatial narrative bypasses the traditional view that time is the core of narrative and emphasizes that space is.In the field of literature,the time dimension is important,but time must be presented in space to enter the mind of person.Zhang Kangkang's novel has obvious spatial narrative characteristics.This paper analyzes the spatial formations and meaning of construction in Zhang Kangkang's novel by combining the basic viewpoints and analytical paradigm of spatial narrative theory.This article consists of the introduction,the text and the conclusion three independent and interrelated parts.The introduction part briefly explains the current situation of Zhang Kangkang's writing,the study from the perspective of spatial narrative and then explains the definition of "space" and the basic theoretical sources and ideas of this paper.The text consists of five parts.The first part:the spatial narrative and Zhang Kangkang'novel.In this part,firstly,the status of space is recognized,it is at the same level with time.Space and time are both very important.Second,the origin of spatial narrative,the distinction between space,place and location are explained.Third,we comb the application of spatial narrative practice in the domestic and foreign simply.Finally,through the form and content two aspects,we expound the current study situation on Zhang Kangkang's novel.The second part analyzes the vertical spatial level of Zhang Kangkang's novel from the space of text,geographical space and social space.The text space layer emphasizes the construction of the text space---the theme of concatenation and imagery metaphor narrative,by breaking the time linear sequence;geographical space layer shows the confrontation between traditional emotion attitude and modern pure love,the gap between the reality of hometown and the distant land,by illustrating geographical transfer from Suzhou to Beijing,from hometown to other place;the social space is unfolded from the nation-state and gender power two dimension.The third part is based on the horizontal space of the novel text.We firstly introduce the basic unit('scene')of space complex,and combine it with the vertical space to form the "place","field of vision" and "zone of action" of horizontal space.And then we combine them with the novel text from the escape road of educated youth,the hedge road of educated youth,the ideal way to explore of the educated youth three aspects to reveal the meaning of the works hidden under the text.The fourth part is based on the text space but beyond the text space.We combine the text with society,historical reality to explain the practical significance and value of Zhang Kangkang's novel.This part consists of the living condition of rural people in urban,reproducing the era through personal family history,the expansion of human desire in economic times.The fifth part focuses on the analysis about the meaning of spatial construction of Zhang Kangkang's novel.We discuss it from the readers,writers and critics.The conclusion part summarizes the form and content of Zhang Kangkang's novel,and analyzes the personal characteristics and shortcomings of her novel in contemporary literature.At the same time,this part explains the shortcomings of this article caused by personal thinking limitations.The creation of writers and the critic's criticism make them each other,the emergence of new literary research perspective can inspire the creation of writers.In the future,whether it is the creation of Zhang Kangkang's novel or the research of-her novels will bring readers a greater surprise.
