Justice is the ideal in human pursuit of value. It is the firm belief supporting people to live.Just as Kant said,“It would be worthless for human beings to live in this world if justice and equitability have lost." In some sense, the history of human development is that of human beings who kept seeking and exploring justice.Plato' s The Public,Locke 's Two Treatise of Government,Rawls' A Theory of Justice all reflect the development of thought seeking justice in the west society. With the change of time, economy has gradually separated from culture and politics, and become an important, independent part of society. As a result, the justice in economic activities and systems have become a big concern in society. It' s well-known Marx, who had a keen perception of social problems, gave much concern to the issue and explored it.Justice enjoys a central status in Marx' s philosophical thought, which embodies Marx' s thinking on the justice in basic social system in his philosophical system.Marx deeply criticized the unjustness of capitalist economic activities and systems through revealing the law of historical development, taking free and comprehensive development of people as value criterion. Our country is undergoing fast economic development, the unjustness occurs now and then, the gap between the rich and poor grow larger and larger, the imbalance in rural and urban development shouldn' t be neglected any more. How to solve the unjustness in China's economic development and keep a healthy and sustainable economic development has become the priority in our work.Considering this, the study focuses on exploration of Marx' s thought in economic justice, including four parts. In part one,the study discusses how Marx' s thought of economic justice was produced under the action of social, economic development and morality from time background and points out Marx' s practice experience affected the formation and development of his thought of economic justice, and gives a detailed analysis of its development. What' s central to the study is the second part, which elucidates the main idea of Marx' s economic justice. This part concentrates on detailed discussion of Marx' s thought of economic justice from three points:firstly,it defines“economic justice”,clarifies and brings out the essence of Marx' s economic justice, which goes in line with people' s free and comprehensive development. It is the criterion adopted by Marx to judge the economic justice of capitalist economic activities and systems;secondly,it analyzes Marx' s basis to judge whether capitalist economic activities are just or not.The research shows Marx thinks the capitalist economic justice should be measured by that whether specific economic activities satisfy the demand of the production force at their time or promotes people' s free development. The capitalist activities mainly include production activity, exchange activity, distribution activity, consumption activity;thirdly,it discusses Marx' s criticism on the unjustness of capitalist economic system covering property right system and distribution system. The third part analyzes the features of Marx' s economic justice. The analysis of the features of Marx' s economic justice not only can help us thoroughly understand Marx' s economic justice, but promote our comprehensive understanding of Marx' s criticism on the unjustness of capitalist economic activities and economic systems. The fourth part explores the theoretical and practical values of Marx' s thought of economic justice.Currently, our country is undergoing fast economic development, facing challenges regarding economic justice.Hopefully, solutions to the problems can be found through studying Marx' s thought of economic justice so as to boost China' s economic healthy development under the instruction of Marx's thought of economic justice.
