Marx 's View Of Justice And Its Theoretical Response In The Period Of Chinese Social Transformation

In this paper, based on the studies of domestic and foreign scholars and the works of Marx’s theory of justice, comb systematically the connotation of Marx about justice, development stage of Marx’s justice theory, the demonstrate way of Marx’s theory of justice, the characteristics and theoretical basis and its response to the problem in social transformation in China. Try to solve the problems of domestic distribution, the disputation over the question of justice. In content, this paper points out that the root cause of Marx’s justice is different from the classical justice 、 liberalism justice is that Marx’s justice is based on the practice of materialism. The evaluation criterion of a social fairness and justice is whether the relationship(especially the distribution relationship, social possession) is consistent with the productivity,whether it is beneficial to the development of productive forces, whether it is conducive to the all—round development of man. Focus on material production and human developing. Focus on production, economy, labor process, and finally return to the "human" freedom and the realization of the essence of man, is the basis of the Marxist theory of justice. This is the essence difference between Marx’s theory of justice and other justice views. To response the problems of distribution and justice in China, the most fundamental way is develop the production, comprehensively deepen reformation, dispel the negative factors in developing economic、political、cultural and social, to reform, making the bonus of reformation and development benefit for all citizens, form the greatest common divisor, it is an effective way to achieve social justice.
