Research On The Protection And Development Of Historical And Cultural Blocks In Shangxiahang From The Perspective Of Stakeholders

As an important part of the cultural heritage,historical and cultural blocks carry non-renewable historical information and have important historical and cultural values?However,with the modernization process and economic development,historical and cultural blocks are facing the dilemma of being destroyed,thus the protection of cultural heritage is urgent.Therefore,balancing the protection of cultural heritage and the renovation of historical and cultural blocks,maintaining the integrity and continuity of national culture,has become an important issue for our society.This paper takes Fuzhou historical and cultural district as the research object to review and summarize the stakeholder theory.Meanwhile,based on the case of ShangXiahang historical and cultural district,from the perspective of stakeholders,this paper discusses the stakeholders involved in the protection and development of historical and cultural district.It is proposed that the core stakeholders in the protection and development of historical and cultural neighborhoods in Fuzhou mainly include local governments,developer(tourism enterprises),local residents,tourists,and then use research methods such as field visits,questionnaires,and interviews to figure out the problems existing in the protection and development of Fuzhou historical and cultural blocks.Analyzes the interests and influence of the local government,developer(tourism enterprises),local residents and tourists of those core stakeholders.Finally,according to the analysis of the existing problems and reasons,this paper proposes some countermeasures: Constructing multi-interest group coordination decision-making mechanism;Establishing effective participation incentive mechanism;Making moderate modification to achieve win-win results,explore ways to establish a protection and development model of “the government guide,the community participate".
