Beyond Imagery:ceramic Painting Report

The development of Chinese ceramic art runs a long history.It has not only made positive contributions to the development of the world's ceramic art,but also has made considerable progress in the arts and aesthetics.In recent years,porcelain has been continuously concerned by the industry because it has shown a diversified development trend.What is more,ceramic painting as one of the forms of expression which has also been continuously recognized by industry and was upgraded to a new academic level.With the participation of numerous potters and the "Jingdezhen drifters" artists,ceramic paintings have shown the own charm.The creation of “beyond imagery” based on the “Artistic Conception” as the basis for creation that expresses the artistic conception through a sense of disorder.Moreover,it combines the special decorative texture and traditional craftsmanship of ceramic materials which highlights the expression language of ceramic paintings show the “impermanence”.This essay tries to combine the traditional ceramic arts and contemporary art to shows the traditional Chinese aesthetic spirits,such as“Artistic Conception”,“beyond imagery” and “great form is beyond shape”.
