Objective:On the basis of summarizing the researches on inferiority feelings problems both at home and abroad,this study adopted the Meta-cognition Intervention Technique to intervene 8 college students with inferiority feelings,so as to test the effectiveness of the Meta-cognition Intervention Technique on college students' inferiority feelings problems.In addition,this study further explores that the psychological mechanism behind the inferiority feelings of college students and the critical role of potential subconscious conditioned emotional reaction to solve the psychological problems of college students' inferiority feelings,and provides new ideas of interventions and clinical practice experience for solving the psychological problems of inferiority.Methods:In this study,the subjects are screened through the The Feelings of Inadequacy Scale and the evaluation of the expert group,finally,8 college students with inferiority feelings problems were identified as subjects in the experimental.At the same time,the Meta-cognition Intervention Technique were used to systematically intervene the subjects,and multiple baseline Research methods were used,the subjects of social satisfaction were compared before and after the intervention and return the typical situations and intensity of emotional experience changes.At the same time,the scores before and after the intervention of The Feelings of Inadequacy Scale and the Self-Rating Anxiety Scale were used to demonstrate the effectiveness of the Meta-cognition Intervention Technique for college students with inferiority feelings.Results:After interventions,8 subjects of the total score of the The Feelings of Inadequacy Scale was significantly lower than the entry criteria;the scores of the the Self-Rating Anxiety Scale also decreased significantly,and the anxiety value decreased;The scores of social subjective satisfaction and the intensity of emotional experience of participants under typical situations also changed significantly,indicating that the intervention was effective.At the same time,eight participants returned for one month,three months and six months respectively.There was basically no recurrence problem.Conclusion:Through the systemic intervention of the Meta-cognition Intervention Technique,college students' inferiority feelings problem can be effectively solved,at the same time,the study found that the essence of inferiority feelings problem is actually subconsciousconditioned emotional reaction.We need to realize the importance of knowledge and emotions to solve the inferiority feelings,cultivating the subjects' meta-cognitive wisdom and shaping the excellent personality quality can effectively prevent the subjects from recurring.
