A Corpus-based Contrastive Study Of Russian-Chinese Preposition Typology

Based on the Russian national corpus and Beijing Language and Culture University modern Chinese corpus,this paper makes a comparative analysis of Russian prepositions and Chinese prepositions with the linguistic typology theory as the background.This paper compares the position and usage of prepositions in Russian and Chinese,and studies the generality of prepositions in Russian and Chinese.Although Russian and Chinese belong to different language types,the similarities of implication are found through the comparison of prepositions.According to Greenberg' s general theory of corpus,the SVO word order language USES prepositions.In terms of language types,Russian and Chinese are typical SVO word order languages.However,Russian prepositions and Chinese prepositions have the use of postposition in addition to preposition.Therefore,on the basis of previous studies,this paper takes Russian preposition and Chinese preposition word order position as the research object,and uses corpus to analyze the harmony and disharmony of Russian preposition and Chinese preposition,and explore their commonality.The thesis is divided into three parts:introduction,text and conclusion.The first part is the introduction section.The introduction summarizes the development of linguistic typology and its theory,the relevant overview of the paper,the purpose and significance of the research,'the present situation and the research method and the content of the research.The second part is the text part.It conducts an overview of Russian prepositions and Chinese prepositions,and a comparison of the similarities and differences between Russian prepositions and Chinese prepositions.This paper analyzes the definition and classification of Russian prepositions and Chinese prepositions,as well as the general position of prepositions,as well as the corp-based contrastive analysis of the harmony between Russian prepositions and Chinese prepositions.It makes a comparison of the harmony among Russian prepositions,Chinese prepositions,the word order of Russian prepositions and Chinese prepositions,and the disharmony between Russian prepositions and Chinese prepositions.Based on the analysis of Russian national corpus and Beijing language and culture university corpus,this paper compares the disharmonious phenomena of Russian prepositions and Chinese prepositions,and illustrates the disharmonious phenomena of Russian prepositions and Chinese prepositions with examples.The linguistic typology is used to explain Russian prepositions and Chinese prepositions.The third part is the conclusion part.Summarize the viewpoints of the paper.
