| With the acceleration of the pace of urbanization,various socialist undertakings have flourished.However,over-emphasis on production and construction had resulted in serious squeezing of living and ecological space,and problems such as loss of high-quality arable land resources and destruction of ecological environment emerge in endlessly,which had aroused widespread concern of the whole society about food security and ecological environment protection in China.The rational development,utilization and protection of land and resources are facing enormous challenges.How to establish and improve the spatial coordination and protection mechanism of “production-living-ecological” space(P-L-E)while satisfying the regional economic construction,and promote the efficiency and sustainability of land and space development and utilization are of great significance to promote the new urbanization strategy in China.This paper took Baoxing County's “P-L-E” spatial pattern as the starting point and firstly combined the natural background,economic development model and land use status of Baoxing County to construct a “P-L-E” space division system for the development characteristics of Baoxing County.This paper had a scientific understanding and preliminary analysis about the current statues and changes of“P-L-E” space in Baoxing County.Secondly,in order to find out the rationality of the distribution of "P-L-E" and the extent of its function,this paper selected the suitability indicators of production,life and ecology.In this way,it can be helpful to explore ways to improve the function of the land,and provide scientific basis and theoretical support for land management.The following was the conclusion of the study:(1)Baoxing County's “P-L-E” space area ratio in 2015 was 2.37%,0.34%,and97.29%,and the number of ecological space was dominant.The plane expansion ofproduction and living space is deeply restricted by the terrain,and the overall distribution along the Baoxing River valley was narrowed in a “Y” shape.Most of the production space was concentrated in the area below 2200 m above sea level and below24° slope.Most of the living space was concentrated in the area below 2000 m above sea level and 21° above slope.Relatively speaking,the living space was more selective to the terrain,but both were easy to accumulate on the sunny,semi-sunny and semi-shady slopes,which had a huge dependence on the main river roads and the main roads,while ecological space was distributed in a large area except River valley.The mainstream trend of the “P-L-E” space in Baoxing County was that the ecological space was gradually reduced,and most of them have become production space.(2)The suitability of the “P-L-E” space in Baoxing County was generally high,and the suitable area and suitable area were wider.Among them,the production and living space form the same “suitable belt” in the valley,and the degree of suitability showed a significant trend toward both sides.The slope was the most important factor limiting the suitability of production space.The suitability of living space was mainly from the system.The distance of the town was decided.The most suitable areas of ecological space were distributed in some famous ecological scenic spots in a “blocky shape”,and the degree of suitability was obviously affected by human activities.Except that the alpine zone showed poor ecological suitability,the other parts were closer to the range of human activities and the degree of suitability might be lower.According to the evaluation results of the space suitability of “P-L-E”,combined with the status quo and social needs,the paper put forward the reference suggestions for improving the functions of land space in Baoxing County: improving the production capacity of cultivated land,creating high-quality farmland,strengthening the management and control of mining areas;Education and transportation infrastructure;strictly obey the red line of ecological protection and promote the prevention and control of geological disasters. |
