Chinese teaching in the Philippines has a history of 120 years,but the teaching of Chinese as a second language only began in the 1990 s.Although some research results have been achieved,they are not systematic and comprehensive.Most of them are the development and reform of Chinese teaching.There are few research results on case analysis of second language teaching,especially classroom management.Based on the typical classroom management cases collected by the author from July 2017 to April 2018 when she was a Chinese volunteer teacher at Chiang Kai Shek College in the Philippines,this paper makes a profound analysis and reflection on them,and puts forward some suggestions for overseas Chinese schools and Chinese volunteer teachers,as well as some supplements for the research results of Chinese as a second language teaching in Philippines.The paper is divided into five chapters.The first chapter,introduction.This part introduces the research reasons,significance and methods.The second chapter,research status.This part sorts out the current research status of case analysis on Chinese as a second language teaching,Chinese as a second language teaching in the Philippines and case analysis on Chinese as a second language teaching in Philippines.The third chapter,examination of Chinese teaching and Chinese classroom management of Chiang Kai Shek College in Philippines.This part introduces the general situation of Chiang Kai Shek College and makes an examination of its Chinese teaching and classroom management.The fourth chapter,case analysis of classroom management.This is the main part of the paper,describe,analyses and reflects the collected cases from the perspectives of classroom daily management and classroom unexpected incidents.Classroom daily management cases include two aspects: making class daily rules and building a good class team;cases of classroom unexpected incidents are composed of three cases caused by teachers,students and environmental factors.The fifth chapter,Chinese classroom management suggestions based on the case analysis.This part puts forward some suggestions based on the case analysis to the Chinese schools and Chinese volunteer teachers in Philippines and Hanban.
