With the wide spread of Chinese in the mainstream society of Philippines,the improvement of the quality of Chinese teaching has become an urgent problem.Classroom management is undoubtedly the key factor.Therefore,this paper selects the classroom management as the object of study.On the one hand,it is because of Philippines education system and the teaching idea,on the other hand,the lack of Chinese-language learning surroundings and Chinese-cultural identity for high school students Chinese causes an inadequate attention of Chinese learning.It leads to frequent Philippine mainstream Chinese classroom management issues.In this paper,through questionnaires,case studies,interviews and other methods,to explore problems of Chinese volunteer teachers' classroom management and analyze the causes.Finally,Based on domestic and foreign research results of classroom management and my own experience,puts forward the strategies and suggestions on Chinese classroom management in the mainstream society of Philippines,expects to provide some help to this field in the future,and contribute to the development of Chinese teaching in the mainstream society of Philippines.
