With the rapid development of information technology,using APP to improve the English learning effect of college students and improve their English level in all aspects has become one of the more significant learning methods.However,English learning is not only a learning content stipulated by Chinese educational authorities for college students in the 21 st century,but also a skill and fun for college students to explore the world and discover new knowledge.The application of apps to assist college students to improve their English ability plays a huge role.However,there are many problems with English learning apps,which affect the selection and use of college students.By them for university students' English APP evaluation research of the literature retrieval and reading,found the related studies,the research thought of college students' English them APP evaluation,it is necessary to be carried out the research put forward the scientific evaluation index system of university students' English them APP can not only at the end of the APP product quality evaluation and choice,but also a starting point for English them APP health oriented means of positive.This study studies the evaluation index system of English learning APP for college students,hoping to construct a reasonable evaluation index system of English learning APP for college students in China through a series of scientific and orderly research methods.At the same time,the application of the evaluation index system of university students' English them APP object can be college students,can also be APP design research and development,college students them APP industry departments,APP integrated publishers,college English teachers in four categories,the aim of this study is to help college students from the each link design,selection,recommend them have good quality English APP,finally achieve the aim of this study,can be geared to the needs of real users perspective with demand.This study analyzes the objectives of the evaluation index system of college students' English learning APP,proposes its construction principles,designs the construction process of the evaluation index system,and clarifies the key points and difficulties in the construction process as well as the countermeasures to the problems.The construction process is divided into three main parts.Firstly,indicators are established;secondly,weights are assigned to the determined indicators by using analytic hierarchy process(ahp)and auxiliary tools of ahp;finally,the usability and effectiveness of the established evaluation index system are verified.The following is a brief summary of the three specific steps in the construction process.The first link is for the establishment of indicators,divided into four steps.Combing related literature at home and abroad,constructs the college students' English them APP early evaluation index table,the table appears in the form of interview to teachers' education technology,college English teachers and APP product design and development staff,four types of relevant personnel,college students collect and gather the primary index and secondary indicators listed in the table to modify,improve,the increase or decrease in the opinion of them accordingly to formulate new college students English APP evaluation index correction table.Secondly,in view of the new proposed evaluation index table by using Delphi method to carry out consultation investigation,expert consultation object for college teachers,college English teachers and education technology APP product design and development personnel,college English major students,put forward by the analysis of the opinions,after two rounds of consulting survey,when experts gradually tend to be concentrated,survey number terminated.Final five indicators of level 1,26 measures of secondary indicators,as well as the corresponding description,which contained in the primary educational goal rationality,reliability,thematic,richness,curriculum setting,evaluation and feedback six secondary index,scientific indexes include thinking method,contextualized,personalization,course design,accuracy,the network community six secondary indexes,the technical indicators included in retrieval functions,operation difficulty degree,compatibility,response speed,speech recognition,privacy and security,offline/online services seven secondary indexes,The artistic index contains four secondary indexes of interface design,media performance,navigation design and visual design,while the economic index contains three secondary indexes of free/paid service,convenience and timeliness.The second step is to establish the weights of the primary and secondary indicators.In order to avoid errors and improve efficiency,we use the professional analytic hierarchy process(AHP)assistant software Yaahp12.1 to carry out group decision analysis on the data of the weight questionnaire,and obtain the composite weights of the first and second indicators.The weight of the analysis is integrated with the evaluation index table,and then the evaluation index system is given a scoring calculation method.Finally,the evaluation index system of APP for college students' English learning is obtained.The third step is to verify the usability and effectiveness of the evaluation index system proposed in this study by using comparative evaluation method.This research adopts the research concludes that the evaluation index system of evaluating them eight students English APP and college students' English them APP grade quality investigation,comparing the ways of them draw eight English APP two types of evaluation score of sorting,finally the results of consistent,validation of usability and effectiveness evaluation index system.In order to make the study of building the evaluation index system of university students' English them APP can be better used,the author's own view and thinking,designed for the college students,APP developers,college students them APP industry departments,APP integration publishers,college English teachers to provide the research institute to build the evaluation index system of university students' English them APP application advice,hope to be able to better play to the value of this research,make its be good application evaluation objects.Summarizing and reflecting on the whole research process of this research,the author thinks that the innovation of this research lies in two aspects: research perspective and research content.However,due to the limited conditions,this study also has some limitations.If there is an opportunity,this study will try its best to make the research process more rigorous and optimized.
