As an important source of local education funds in feudal society,school fields have great significance in alleviating the shortage of local education funds and developing school education.The system of setting up school fields to support schools was founded in the Song Dynasty,developed in the Yuan and Ming Dynasties,and reached its peak in the Qing Dynasty.This paper takes Shandong Schoolfield in Qing Dynasty as the research subject,and expounds the implementation,source,classification,management and historical significance of Shandong Schoolfield System.The first part: Discusses the implementation of the school field system in Shandong Province in the Qing Dynasty.This paper expounds the emergence of Shandong school field system,the changes in different periods and the implementation of various schools at all levels.The second part: Discuss the main sources of Shandong Xuetian.The main sources of farmland in Shandong include government allocation,non-governmental donation and investment.In the early Qing Dynasty,the government allocated farmland occupied the main position.In the middle and late Qing Dynasty,donated funds to buy farmland slowly exceeded allocated farmland and donated farmland,and became the main source of local school farmland.The third part: Discuss the management of Shandong Xuetan in Qing Dynasty.In Qing Dynasty,Shandong Xuetian was mainly managed by tenancy,and the money rent was dominant.The income and expenditure of the Xuetian were also important aspects of the management of the Xuetian.A series of effective measures were formulated to deal with the encroachment of the Xuetian.The fourth part: elaborates the main characteristics of Shandong Xuetian.According to the chart and data,it is concluded that the policy of Shandong school fields in Qing Dynasty was stable,the number of government school fields was large,the number of private school fields was small,and the status of Sishi school fields was special.The fifth part: elaborates the evaluation of Shandong Xuetan in Qing Dynasty.Firstly,it provided a stable source of funds for the development of Shandong local schools in the Qing Dynasty;secondly,it was conducive to the cultivation of feudal talents;thirdly,it promoted the development of education by utilizing non-governmental forces to run schools.
