As more and more people are learning Chinese,Chinese teaching is getting more and more attention.To be successful in cross-cultural communication,one must not only learn the language but also understand the corresponding culture.Taboo words are both a linguistic phenomenon and cultural connotation,and have inevitable characteristics in Chinese learning.However,learners often encounter communication barriers due to the lack of knowledge of language taboos in cross-cultural communication.Therefore,this paper during my internship in the han school and related materials collected,comparing the differences of Chinese-English language taboos and Chinese learners to native English speakers is taboo language of pragmatic failure case and the reasons were analyzed,and examines the existing Chinese teaching outline,the development of Chinese textbooks for the content of the taboo language,taboo language teaching in Chinese teaching puts forward improvement scheme.This paper is divided into six parts.The introduction part elaborates the reason and significance of the topic selection,sorts out the current research situation of taboo words from theoretical research and teaching research,and explains the research method of this paper.The first chapter defines and classifies taboo words and briefly introduces common Chinese taboo words from the perspective of lexical taboo and topic taboo.The second chapter compares the major differences between Chinese and English taboos,and analyzes the cases of pragmatic failures of taboos and the causes of pragmatic failures.The third chapter reviews the contents of taboo words in the teaching materials of international Chinese teaching syllabus and developing Chinese,and summarizes the distribution characteristics of taboo words in the teaching materials.Chapter four puts forward the teaching scheme of Chinese taboos as a foreign language,and analyzes the strategies to improve the teaching of taboos in detail from the two aspects of the determination of teaching content and the selection of teaching methods.The conclusion part summarizes the research content and conclusion of this paper,and points out the deficiency of this paper.This paper proposes improvement strategies for the teaching of taboo words in Chinese teaching,so as to help improve the teaching of Chinese taboo words,reduce the pragmatic errors of taboo words in cross-cultural communication and master more authentic Chinese...
