Entering the 21 st century,both as a thriving Chinese as a foreign language education career, or the fulfillment of teaching Chinese as a foreign language discipline construction, to develop a "outline of teaching Chinese as a foreign language culture" is a necessary,Because of the "culture heat", culture teaching in the process of language teaching has become a necessity,but "Outline of teaching Chinese as a foreign language culture" is a very complicated work.In recent years,although scholars in second language acquisition research and foreign language teaching material has made achievements,and the second language research about the culture, the definition of "cultural factors" and "knowledge" of comparative analysis, cultural word studies, study the relationship between language and culture has also made achievements,but there is no outline related to the culture,even no culture teaching outline of qualitative research.Most of the research is qualitative empirical statements, lacking of scientific analysis and empirical research.Aiming at the question to supplement and explore,from the teaching culture materials about Beijing language and culture university press published "Chinese culture" and the Beijing university press published "China's traditional culture and modern life"(but not for the purpose of culture teaching research and contrast),with "culture word in this two culture teaching material statistics for the original text,for the quantitative research on cultural teaching material of words,and combined with the vocabulary level outline and"Chinese cultural themes and tasks table of cultural words,Laying out and putting forward the content of the culture teaching outline of the perspective of cultural teaching outline and the principles is to "the syllabus of Chinese as a foreign language finally formulated to provide theoretical basis and reference.This paper is divided into four chapters:Introduction: the introduction part elaborated this article selected topic background, research objectives, research methods and theoretical basis for the macro sense, has been clear about the thinking of writing and the content of this article;Chapter one: outline of culture teaching Chinese as a foreign language study.Expounds the cultural teaching outline the theoretical basis of Chinese as a foreign language, the nature and purpose, and can draw lessons from the research results, lay a theoretical foundation to the research of the third chapter;chapter two: the quantitative study of culture teaching Chinese as a foreign language culture words.Expounds the culture method and the quantitative study to quantitative research of two culture teaching materials, and with the outline of the words and Chinese cultural themes and tasks table of the cultural words situation investigation and analysis, combining for the culture teaching Chinese as a foreign language program arrangement;chapter three: the culture teaching Chinese as a foreign language program arrangement.Expounds the cultural teaching outline the content arrangement and puts forward the perspective of cultural teaching outline and principle, in order to "the syllabus of Chinese as a foreign language;chapter four: The epilogue part combed the research idea of this article, summarizes the research results.
