As we all know,near-synonym is among the main difficult points of teaching vocabulary,particularly near-synonym verbs.Because there are many near-synonym verbs in Chinese having commonalities in terms of meaning and usage,and the differences are subtle,often causing trouble for foreign learners.There are a large number of near-synonym verbs in modern Chinese vocabulary,which is one of the difficulties in studying Chinese for foreign students of Congo(Brazzaville).In addition,it is more difficult to learn near-synonym verbs having same syllable.Therefore,in the process of acquiring Chinese lexical verbs,the students of the intermediate and advanced level of Congo(Brazzaville)often are unable to discern the subtle differences between the verbs,which lead to semantic and grammatical errors.Near-synonym verbs and their teaching have always been the focus of Chinese academic circles.Compared with the study of Chinese near-synonym verbs,the research on the teaching of Chinese near-synonym verbs for intermediate and advanced level of Congo(Brazzaville)foreign students is still a blank,Moreover,Chinese near-synonym verbs play an important role in the Chinese study of Congolese foreign students,such as passing the HSK,so it is worth studying.Due to the different characteristics between Chinese and French near-synonym verbs(words,morphological,semantic,grammatical functions etc.),learners are likely to confuse the nuances and usages between near-synonym verbs.In addition,in the middle and high stages,they need to master a large number of Chinese synonyms,which is often a difficult point.Therefore,this paper takes the intermediate and high level of Congo(Brazzaville)students as the research object.On the basis of previous research results,this paper summarizes the errors and causes of Chinese near-synonym verbs for Congo(Brazzaville)foreign students,and proposes a targeted teaching strategy.It is hoped that the research results of this paper will help to improve the ability of Congolese foreign students to distinguish Chinese near-synonym verbs.
