Rural Public Cultural Construction Research Under The Rural Revitalization Strategy

With the deepening of the reform and opening up,the Party and the state have given us a lot of focus on the problem of “agriculture,rural areas and farmers”,will develop the rural economy,improve the farmers' income and improving farmers' life is all work as a key,and uses a variety of relevant policies to increase capital input to the human,material and financial resources,make rural economic development level and the level of public life have been significantly increased.However,if we want to achieve a well-off society in an all-round way,we should not only achieve material prosperity,but also achieve spiritual satisfaction.After entering the new era,with the fundamental changes in the major social contradictions in China,rural residents' demands for a better life are also showing diversification.In addition to the higher demand for material life,the demand for spiritual culture is also rising rapidly.In order to better realize the development of rural culture,create a beautiful countryside and improve farmers' sense of gain,Xi Jinping comprehensively revealed the strategy of rural revitalization in the report of the 19 th CPC national congress,and put forward higher requirements for cultural creation in rural areas.Under the background of the rural revitalization strategy,and on the basis of clarifying the basic concepts of rural public culture construction,this paper combines the “rural revitalization strategy” with the “rural public culture construction”,and probes into the new requirements of the rural public culture construction under the rural revitalization strategy.It is based on the understanding of ma,en and lie classic writers and leaders of the communist party of China on the construction of public culture.Through to the D village of southeast Shanxi Province visiting survey information,analysis the problems in the construction of the local public culture,analyzing the reasons of the problem,combined with the country revitalization strategy in the cultural construction of the rural public put forward new requirements,tries hard to combine the D village of southeast Shanxi Province tourism culture industry,from the government,farmers,funds,talents,and mechanism of the five aspects,in southeast Shanxi Province,D village public cultural construction feasible countermeasures are put forward.It tries to make a beneficial contribution to the construction and development of public culture similar to D village in China.In a word,the rural public cultural construction must respect the development andchanges of the new era.As the society develops and the environment changes,the content and requirements of rural public cultural construction will also keep pace with The Times.Rural public culture construction is a complete organic system composed of many elements and a complex systematic project,which determines the long-term,complexity and difficulty of rural public culture construction.
