Chinese character teaching is an important factor to improve and measure the quality of Chinese teaching.Thai language learning is very enthusiastic,but Chinese character teaching is still relatively backward.Chinese character teaching has become the most interesting issue at the moment.Through the investigation and analysis of the zero-based students and Chinese teachers in Thailand,the most obvious problems in the study of Chinese characters in the zero-basic level are summarized: the difference between Thai and Chinese characters is large;the complexity of Chinese characters' own structure;Complexity;there is no active and effective use of appropriate learning strategies when learning Chinese characters;the time for Chinese characters learning is limited;and Chinese teachers pay less attention to Chinese character teaching.Through the analysis and comparison,the differences between Thai and Chinese characters are obtained.According to the personality characteristics and curriculum arrangement of Thai students,corresponding teaching strategies are proposed,and students and teachers are given learning and teaching suggestions.This paper is divided into five parts.Firstly,it discusses the phenomenon of "Chinese fever" and the difficulty of Chinese characters.It investigates and analyzes the current situation of Chinese teaching in Lopburi Technological College in Thailand.Investigate and analyze the learning strategies commonly used by students and the teaching strategies commonly used by teachers.;combined with schools,teachers,and students to propose effective Chinese character teaching strategies to improve the efficiency and quality of Chinese characters learning.Through the research and analysis of the teaching strategies and suggestions on Chinese characters in Thai,it is concluded that Chinese teaching should be an integral part of the whole Chinese teaching in Thai teaching,and should receive sufficient attention.And in the curriculum and teaching methods should be scientific and rational to promote the relevant Chinese language courses in teaching more reasonable and effective.Foreign language teachers can learn from this article and guide teaching to make the teaching effect more ideal.
