With the improvement of China's international status,all aspects of politics and economy have developed rapidly,and its international status has been improved day by day.As the official language of China,Chinese has received more attention than ever before.In the eyes of foreigners,the mysterious and complex oriental culture is slowly moving out of the country and into the world.At present,there is a great demand for learning Chinese all over the world.As the main platform for the international promotion of Chinese language,Confucius Institute,which is also an important channel for the Chinese people to communicate with the people of all countries in the world,is developing rapidly.In 2003,the Confucius Institute headquarters sent the first batch of volunteer Chinese teacher to Thailand and the Philippines for the first time.Since the successful completion of the project,the Chinese Teacher Volunteer Project has been implemented since 2004 with the approval of the Ministry of Education.Among them,the Mongolian Chinese Teacher Volunteer Project,as one of the projects with a large number of dispatches,has developed quite well in recent years with the change of Sino-Mongolian relations,whether from the quantity or quality of Chinese Teachers Volunteers,or Mongolian Confucius Institute and Confucius Classroom.Chinese teacher volunteer training has a relatively complete training system,which has developed for many years and trained a large number of outstanding Chinese international promotion talents.However,with the change of time,there are inevitable problems in the demand for Chinese talents and cultural conflicts in the process of cultural integration.By introducing the pre-service training of volunteer Chinese teacher to Mongolia,this paper conducts a questionnaire survey of volunteer Chinese teacher to Mongolia in the three years from 2016 to 2018,and puts forward some suggestions on some minor problems existing in the pre-service training project.I hope to improve the volunteer project for Chinese teachers.This paper mainly contains five chapters.The first chapter is the introduction and It mainly contains the research background and significance of the pre-service training for Chinese teachers in Mongolia.It briefly summarizes the research status of Chinese teachers and the main research methods in this paper.Chapter II introduces the pre-service training of Chinese teacher volunteer in Mongolia through practical investigation and visits,mainly including the training base,basic situation of volunteers,training syllabus,training courses,teaching staff and management system.Chapter III conducts a questionnaire survey on the volunteer of Chinese teacher who went to Mongolia from 2016 to 2018,and conducts an investigation and Analysis on Pre-service training.Chapter IV points out the advantages,effects and problems of pre-job training for Chinese teacher volunteer in Mongolia through the investigation results of Chapter II and Chapter III.Chapter VI puts forward suggestions on three subjects of pre-service training for Chinese teacher volunteer in Mongolia,namely,the headquarters of Confucius Institute,trainee and trainees.The last chapter summarizes the whole paper.
