In order to actively promote the Chinese in the world, improve the quality of Chinese teaching, to enhance understanding of China’s people of the other countries,China’s Ministry of education in 2004 promulgated the Chinese volunteer program for international Chinese teachers, we from the domestic recruiting volunteers to foreign countries engaged in Chinese teaching. In sending a sharp increase in the number of volunteers at the same time, of pre-service training of volunteers has also become a topic of great concern, especially in the pre-service training courses have been paid more and more attention. The reasonable arrangement of the curriculum of the class, the content, the training way can participate in pre job training of the Chinese volunteer teachers training knowledge learning, can make the volunteer role conversion, and thus able to calmly deal with the teaching and living affairs.In this paper, the literature analysis method in the part of the introduction describes the research background, research object, research meaning, the purpose of this study is to the importance, the research object is Chongqing Normal University training base within the curriculum and several other training base of the curriculum, and in Chongqing Normal University training base of volunteers. Objective to study in Curriculum Comparison and questionnaire survey on the basis of Volunteer Chinese teachers pre service training courses put some suggestions and comments. Learn from the Chinese teachers training curriculum development history and the results of previous studies, this paper improved the writing.The comparative analysis of Chongqing Normal University training base "horizontal" four curriculum research and training base of "vertical" carries on thecomparison, from the class to the curriculum and training methods are analyzed. The advantage of the training base is reasonable and reasonable, and there are similar disadvantages in many training bases,such as weak practical courses and so on. Finally, put forward some suggestions to Chinese international volunteers pre service training courses, such as before and after the class arrangement should be more reasonable and increase emplacement offer Chinese language courses.
