Study On The Protection And Utilization Of Hainan Red Cultural Heritage

The red cultural heritage is a unique cultural heritage of China.The political,economic,social and educational values and functions of the red cultural heritage are increasingly prominent.It is particularly important to protect and rationally develop and utilize it.There are many types of red cultural heritage in Hainan Province,covering a wide range,and the significance is extraordinary,but the protection is not enough.Studying the protection and development of red cultural heritage in Hainan Province can explore a new model of red cultural heritage protection,explore new routes for red cultural heritage tourism development,and enrich the theoretical content system of red cultural heritage protection and utilization.First of all,on the basis of determining the background and significance of the topic,review the cultural heritage protection and development,red cultural heritage protection and tourism development,Hainan red culture and tourism development research,define the relevant concepts.Second,understand the red color of Hainan Province The cultural heritage profile is analyzed,and its spatial distribution,type division and overall characteristics are analyzed.Then,the status quo of protection and utilization of red cultural heritage in Hainan Province is analyzed,and the existing problems about ideological understanding,planning and design,management mechanism,resource integration,publicity and marketing,and personnel training are pointed out.Finally,aiming at the status quo and existing problems of the protection and utilization of red cultural heritage in Hainan Province,the corresponding countermeasures are proposed.The overall protection level of red cultural heritage in Hainan Province is not high,mainly based on government protection,supplemented by spontaneous protection by the masses.Although Hainan Province has carried out a lot of related work in managing legal system,census registration,development and utilization,there are still ideological understandings to be improved,lack of overall planning and layout,existence of multimanagement phenomena,insufficient integration with marine resources,single protection and utilization methods,external marketing needs to be strengthened,and lack of professional talents.The protection and utilization of red cultural heritage in Hainan Province should be based on the concept of protection and utilization of red cultural heritage,coordinating the layout of red cultural heritage protection and utilization,establishing a scientific management mechanism for the protection and utilization of red cultural heritage,deepening the integration of red cultural heritage and related resources,innovativing red cultural heritage protection and utilization ways,improving the red cultural heritage propaganda and marketing mechanism,and strengthening the construction of the red cultural heritage protection and utilization talent system.
