A Study Of Language Services In Cities And Towns From The Perspective Of Language Ecology

New urbanization is a kind of urbanization under the guidance of people-oriented,ecological and harmonious concept.Compared with traditional urbanization,it not only pays attention to material construction,but also puts forward corresponding requirements for the improvement of urban spiritual civilization construction.However,in the process of promoting new urbanization,as an important part of urban soft environment,language ecology still has some problems to be solved urgently.Especially,there are still many problems in language service in public areas,and the overall quality of service needs to be improved.Thesis is divided into three parts that introduction,text and conclusion.The introduction includes the research background,research situation analysis and significance,putting forward the role of language service research in Linguistics and its impact on the development of new urbanization.There are four parts in the text.The first part summarizes the main contents of language service under the background of new urbanization,including the construction of language ecological environment,the protection of language resources,language education and training,language counseling and assistance.Language service also has its own characteristics,which are mainly manifested in four aspects: diversification of subjects,informatization of channels,polarization of levels and humanization of styles.The second part discusses the interaction and interaction between language service and new urbanization.The impact of language service on the process of new urbanization is mainly reflected in the economic,cultural and social aspects.Scientific and perfect language service play a good role in new urbanization.The opportunities brought by new urbanization for language service are elaborated from the development concept of ecological harmony,convenient service modes and growing language needs.The third part discusses the non-ecological phenomena of language service in cities and towns and the reasons for these phenomena.Non-ecological phenomena mainly include deviation in value pursuit,language irregularity and language pollution,which directly or indirectly affect the quality of language service.Then,the paper analyses the causes of non-ecological language phenomena from the aspects of value orientation,language norms,language competence of practitioners and language service consciousness.The fourth part is the countermeasures to improve the urban language service: starting from the different levels of government,society,urban residents,practitioners,experts and scholars,all parties should take concrete measures to form a collaborative crowdsourcing model,accelerate the establishment of language service research system,promote different ways of language service under the background of new urbanization,and constantly improve the way of language service.The conclusion is a summary of the whole article,which further emphasizes the importance of language services and the role of improving language services in the construction of urban ecological civilization and urban development.
