New-type Urbanization And National Langage Ability

Our country has achieved great successes in developing new-type urbanization these years.The improvement in standard of urbanization has been persistent.Economy,politics and culture of China has been changed a lot.The achievements can't be denied,but the negative effects should also not be ignored.As an important part of developing new-type urbanization,national language ability has developed as well as been hammered at the same time.As two fashionable topics currently,new-type urbanization and national language ability are inseparably related to each other.Trying to discuss the relationship between them,we want to provide some theoretical support for developing new-type urbanization and national language ability.Exordium introduces two concepts:new-type urbanization and national language ability,and give a new definition of national language ability.We introduce achievements and plights of new-type urbanization and national language ability in second part,and clarify the realistic and theoretical meanings of our study.The second chapter concerns itself with the mechanisms how new-type urbanization influences national language ability.The first and second section discuss how positive achievements promote national language ability developing in healthy trend from providing positive factors and inhibiting disharmonious factors.The third section introduces the new demands on national language ability from new-type urbanization.The third chapter introduces how national language ability influences new-type urbanization,and how harmonious national language ability impacts on new-type urbanization.The first section describes the functions of national language ability in improving dual structure,from the aspects of promoting to deal with social equity,social inclusion of mobile population and public order.The second section introduces the functions of national language ability in constructing culture by protecting culture and developing culture industries.The third section clarifies the functions of national language ability in promoting new-type urbanization to deepen global economic integration by developing foreign trade economy and soft power.The forth chapter clarifies how to build up national language ability during new-type urbanization.First,we introduce achievements and plights of national language ability nowadays.Then we discuss the relationship between constructing national language ability and harmonious society,and expound necessity of building up national language ability.At last,we take steps to build up national language ability,viz.providing beneficial factors of society and culture.Beneficial factors of society including providing some economic support like promoting language industries,and some policy support like strengthening language specification.At last,we emphasize the significance of culture environment,and try to provide beneficial factors of culture to build up national language ability by improving language teaching and offering a wide range of disciplines.The final part is the conclusion of whole paper.
