Mind-wandering is a phenomenon that pays attention to the shift from the current task or the external environment to internal cognition.Every day people have mind-wandering,but frequent mind-wandering are bound to have an impact on people's current tasks.This paper takes middle school student as the research group,exploring which factors are related to the frequency of middle school students' mind-wandering.Select the variable of mobile phone addiction,exploring the relationship between mobile phone addiction and frequency of mind-wandering and exploring how mobile phone addiction affects the frequency of youth mind-wandering.Provide empirical material and reliability advice for middle school students in the field of mobile phone addiction and mind-wandering.This paper uses the " Mobile Phone Addiction Index "." The frequency of mind wandering questionnaire " and " Depression Anxiety Stress Scales ".Selected 700 students from four middle schools in Heilongjiang Province as subjects.Data processing and statistical analysis were performed on the collected data using SPSS22.0 and Mplus7.0 software.Research result:(1)Among the 700 middle school students in this survey.The mobile phone usage rate is 93.6%;the proportion of mobile phone addiction among middle school students is 29.1%,There is a significant difference in the proportion of high school students and junior high school students in mobile phone addiction,and the proportion of mobile phone addiction among high school students is higher than that of junior high school students.(2)There is a significant difference in junior high school students and high school students in mobile phone addiction,frequency of mind-wandering and negative affect,the average scores of high school students on the three variables were significantly higher than those of junior high school students;There were no significant differences in the scores of the three variables of mobile phone addiction,frequency of mind-wandering and negative affect in terms of gender and registered permanent address locus.(3)There are two positive correlations between the three variables of mobile phone addiction,frequency of mind-wangdering and negative affect;Negative affect play a complete mediation in middle school students' mobile phone addiction and frequency of mind-wandering.Research conclusion:(1)Mobile phone addiction can positively predict the frequency of mind-wandering of middle school students.(2)Mobile phone addiction can affect the frequency of mind-wandering of middle school students through the mediation of negative affect.
